PrometheusMFD
The popular game centered around Japanese Mythology for the PS2 has managed its way over to the Wii. It seemed like a good buy at so I took it home and popped it in... First ImpressionsI start it up and am hit with a a 15 minute cutscene. It looks like it was actually a moving Ink drawing. I enjoyed watching it, despite the lack of voice acting (even having it be in Japanese would have made it interesting) After the cutscene, I start in what is essentially a ten minute tutorial level. And, like most tutorial levels, it covers the basics of movement, paint controls, ect. I expect good things. GraphicsOverall, it was pretty much a port from the PS2. Of course, I didn't really expect too much from the Wii. And, despite the low graphics, even the "Cursed Areas" looked pretty. 3/5 GameplayI must say, it was kind of fun. You can attack with a simple swing of the Wii Remote, but that wasn't the focus of the game, was it? Painting was generally fun. It took a little while to get some of the shapes dow, and they didn't work every time (which is a constant in "drawing games") but using the Wii Remote almost gave me the impression that I was painting the universe with ink. The different commands were varied and fun to implement. Everything on your HUD is well organized and clean, and leveling up was a fun venture. 4/5 StoryI loved the story. It kept me interested through the entire game, keeping me hooked even at the low points. I almost didn't want to stop. The use of Japanese Mythology in the characters, enemies, and even gameplay and story made me feel a little bit closer to the culture. 5/5 SoundtrackI enjoyed listening to the music quite a bit. Although the bg music did get a little repetative, it was not annoying. The traditional Japanese instruments further emphasized the culture. 3/5 Total: 15/20If you can get it used it will be worth it.
Flame Dragon
I hate game review threads and this is why. You gave the game a 75% while almost every other review of the game has it with a 90%. That is a big difference. Review threads serve little point since they are highly opinionated and their will always be people that don't like the game, even if it is called the best game ever. Please change this to a discussion on Okami this way I won't have to lock this.
Cyber Altair
Everyone should be entitled to voice their own opinion. You may not like reviews but that's no reason to take away the chance for other who do. btw the game for the PS2 kicked major ass.

Their opinions can be voiced in a normal discussion on the game. Reviews are not needed.
Cyber Altair
I can't see where he said we can't discuss the game which is obviously what we can do. Sometimes you have to let things take their own way if you want them to follow yours.
