As Christmas nears, I'm still in confusion of which console I want to get from my guardians. I'll post here why I've been having such a hard time:

Wii: Looks completely awesome, and theres already a few pretty awesome games out for it, but I was really looking forward to Brawl, but now its not coming 'till 2008...grr.

PS3: Though it didn't start out with anything spectacular, think of how much of a boost it will get once Final Fantasy and Kingdom Hearts get put on the shelf(Kingdom Hearts is the game I've been waiting for).

Xbox 360: Halo 3 has lived up to its expectations I suppose, though I haven't played it and a few of my friends say its just like 2 with new vehicles and weapons. But the sports games for this are unreal.

The Smart Thing 2 Do Is Get XBOX 360

If you don't you'll regret it & If you want the Wii I Suggest getting a part time job/ help around the house & get allowance that way you can get the Wii.

Never Get The PS3, It's Horrible

+ They Have Problems, My Dad's PS3 Blew Up!

Off Topic:

On Topic: You should get the Wii. You could probably score that without doing chores for a month. If you ask for a PS3, you'll have to do some work or something.

That's just my opinion, you don't have to buy the Wii if you don't want to. The Wii's just what I would get.

I recommend the 360. PS3 is not worth it's price. And I dislike the Wii very much. Mine has had TWO recalls. The controls were not really well set up. For those of you who want to know what recalls I got were:

1. Overheats over 5 minutes and sometimes won't turn on at all now

2. Controllers like disconnecting and won't respond to anything until you unplug the Wii and plug it back in.

Most of those sports games are also coming out on the PS3.

The PS3 will boost once Final Fantasy XIII and that Kingdom Hearts game come out. It will be like when the 360 got Halo 3. And if you're into FPS with realistic physics (I'm looking at you Halo 3), Resistance: Fall of Man would be great. And if it means anything, God of War III is also going to be on the PS3.

And to whoever said blue-ray doesn't matter: Blue-ray discs hold 20% more data than HD DVDs (360 uses them) and at least 50% more data than normal DVDs (which I'm pretty sure that is what the Wii uses).

And the 80GB PS3 is getting a price drop. $500. At least its not $600 anymore :P.

Hmmm... Let's see I could spend $500 on a PS3 and wait for good games to come or I could buy a 360 with a couple really good games but nothing much else to look forward to, or I could buy a Wii for half the price of the PS3 get a couple great games like Zelda, and Metroid Prime 3, and then I would have Super Mario Galaxy and Super Smash Bros Brawl to look forward to. Wii definately, Graphics are not everything, guess what you get when you make crud shiny, shiny crud.

I'd say get the wii, the graphics aren't as good, but its more fun to play, and I've played all the systems, my bro has a wii, the wii sports are even fun, my step dad has a 360, and halo 3 is awesome, and the PS3, armored core 4 is awesome too

go with wii:its way more fun to play

notes to people that are dising the PS3

1 type PS3 correctly, take some time to type out the word correctly, all caps

2 the blue ray discs hold more data

3 I've heard and seen the 360 completely blow up, it was funny as h*ll, my friend started crying

4 the wiis controlers don't responsed sometimes, but most of the time it works fine

5 and the PS3 has its problems too

6 every system has its only problems, these problems doesn't make it suck

First off I own a Wii and Partally own a 360

PS3-The thing with PS3 is that yeah great games ARE COMING out and I might just get one when they do. Get one now sure you will have one but If you wait untill they are released you can still enjoy GOW3 and KH3 and FF but possibly at a lower price.

Wii-Yeah it's fun but only if you are in love with Mario/Zelda/other Nintendo franchies, honsetly those are the only decent stuff coming out. For the most part everything else has motion sencing forced in weather or not it makes the game better. Usually it makes it worse.

360-My personal opion is that microsoft has gotten it right. It has a few Decent games out already with more to come. It also has the ability to link with PC games so you can still game with your freinds via laptop on the road. Yes there have been bumbs in the road RROD and scrathing but those have been for the most part fixed.
