My card: see if it's reasonable or not!

Help me!! I'm new here and i wish you all could help....

 

I want to make this card. Could you all help to see if the effect is reasonable and if i should make it.

 

Summon!

Equip Spell Card

When this card is played, you can summon a monster except fusion monsters that needs special requirements by offering the number of monsters on your side of the field equivalent to actually summoning a monster regularly. When this card is destroyed, the monster is destroyed and you take damage equivalent to the monster's level x 100.

 

If you don't understand, here's the simplified version:

~You can summon Chaos Emperor Dragon by offering 2 monsters since it's level 8 without removing 1 light and dark monster from the graveyard

~you can summon Relinquised by not offering any monsters without using it's ritual card.

It can be really overpowered if used right. I think the cost isn't steep enough, I think it should be that you have to pay the 100 times the level before you even summon it and it should be like 500 x the monsters level.

You're absolutely right.They're a tad too overpowered. If I made a card set that included this card (which I did) it should be ultra rare and limited. Thanks!
