Confused about this? Check out the "Say WHAT?" section. Got questions? PM me, or flick me an e-mail at [email protected] [spoiler=Say WHAT?]Incase you're confused, which most viewers probably are, this organisation is all about the pursuit of lucid dreaming. Lucid dreaming is, in essence, being able to realise that you are dreaming, and controlling your dream. Making it the way you want it, some might say. It's a tough road, unless you're lucky enough to be born with the talent, as some people are. In this club, you can recieve hints and tips about lucid dreaming from fellow oneironauts (oneironaut - one who explores "the dream world"), share experiences, and have a good time while doing it. [spoiler=Why dream?]The average person has 4-6 dreams every night, but most people only remember one or two. Many nights, you may not even remember any! Training yourself to dream lucidly will help you recall your dreams, and will open up your mind to many other things, too. When you are asleep, the logic centre of your brain is switched on full power, as your body does not have to control any of your five senses. This means that you can solve problems while asleep much faster and more efficiantly than when you are awake. Unfortunately, most people have never thought for themselves while dreaming, so this opportunity is wasted on them. Learn to dream lucidly, and you'll find yourself thinking more clearly - when you are asleep, and when you are awake. And the best part? This doesn't cost a minute of your time! Are you really that busy while you're asleep? [spoiler=Rules, Regulations, and All-Round Common Sense]To begin with, all YCM rules and regulations apply here, as they do everywhere else.Additional rules include the ones listed below. There are no rules.Every rule has an exception. Here are the rules.Lucid dreaming isn't for everyone, but if you don't have anything constructive to say, don't say anything at all.High-end members of the club have the final say in anything. Faliure to respect this will result in a warning. Please be truthful when describing lucid experiences. It's easy to cheat. It's easy to look cool. Just don't.The Warning System...Warnings can be issued by any high-end member (leader, club moderators and forum moderators), to anyone who breaks the rules or makes themself an annoyance deliberately. Once you get three warnings, wham, bam, thank-you ma'am, you're outta here. Period. :D [spoiler=All Aboard!]Choo choo!If you would like to join Your World, please send me a PM entitled "Your World Registration", with the following form filled out. Welcome!*clapping and cheering*UPDATE: Starting next month, there will be a "Dream Tasks of the Month" section added to the main post. If all of these tasks are completed (and this is where general honesty comes in), then the member that completed them will recieve a temporary "knighting". This counts for nothing, by the way ;)

altemon
codypops, I am against making people mods just because they sign up promptly. But, once the club gets going a bit more, I'll make some decisions regarding that. I had 3 lucid dreams in a row this morning! Yay!
