I gots a mention in the article. Isn't that sweet?

 

Also, I finally got my hands on the TvC arcade stick. It's definitely better than playing with a GameCube controller. Smooth, its weight is just right, and it overall feels better for a conventional fighting game. All in all, I'd say it was worth the purchase.

But in all seriousness, I'm probably not going to be able to go, because I might wind up going to a FAFSA Student Aid Workshop.

 

Although if I went, I'd definitely get my arcade stick autographed by Ryota Niitsuma.

I didn't buy the stick to sell on teh interwebz. I bought it to actually USE it. :D

 

The development team talked about including Zangief and Mike Haggar' date=' but weren't able to work them in.[/b'] This happened a lot as they got requests for Resident Evil monsters, Power Stone, Breathe of Fire, Ace Attorney and Speed Racer cast members. The answer Ryota gave multiple times was that many of these characters didn't fit well from a design standpoint, or they already had other people that fit the roles these fighters would have taken on.

 

Alex was included over other Street Fighter 3 cast members because he was the main character from the series' date=' [b']and they didn't have too many grappler/power characters on the roster, so he fit well.

the event was fun tag made it i got a poster signed and got my Wii arcade stick signed by Ryota Niitsuma and i got to talk TO Capcom's Seth Killian in person he is a really cool guy

 

i faced 2 pros first time i got my ass kicked by Gold Lightan cause i did not know how to use a fight stick the second time i face a pro jeff he was kool he had a custom made Doronjo fight stick

i got him to his last char 25 percent health left he even asked my how i did zero's dark hole attack i did it every match i had i think i know who i am going to used zero, Tekkaman Blade

Polimar and batsu so 2 Capcom and 2 Tatsunoko character.

Da, 'twas awesome. I myself spent most of my time playing the game at several tv's. I wanted to get an autograph from Niitsuma, but the line was HUGE by the time I decided to get it, so I changed my mind. I also faced Jeff and also got the chance to look at his smexeh Doronjo fight stick (He was a REALLY nice guy, btw). He wiped the floor with my Doronjo/Ippatsuman with his Ryu/Chun Li.

 

All in all, I enjoyed the event and was glad I was able to go.
