In terms of teachers, there should be an age limit to when you're not allowed to teach anymore.

At my school there was a 65-ish year old teacher who's only goal was to make sure his students never pass his calc class.

He felt too many of them are taking the course just to get it out of the way as quickly as possible, so he'll make sure they NEVER get it out of the way

Math is such an incredibly basic thing that you shouldn't be bad at. There are so many other classes that you have absolutely no chance of passing without math: Physics, chemistry...

The thing that fascinates me in Math is that feeling you get when it works out: The accomplishment of a problem. Same thing in programming.

So' date=' in Math class, my teacher was explaining probability, the last thing we are doing this year. It went from being the easiest thing ever to being immensly boring...I hate Algebra. So she held up a deck of cards and asked something about how to get the card you want and explained probability. I decided to answer, "In order to get the card you want, you must believe in the heart of the cards."

Do you like Mathematics?

I really hate trigoniometry...

I've had #2's that were more difficult than Trigonometery.

^ Sigged. And I- very sadly- can agree with that.... but I don't understand how people actually enjoy it.

it's something you just have to do over and over again for many years. Your mindset changes. But yes, not many are willing to do that.
