"This opening contest is scheduled for one fall! The winner of this will go on to iMPACT to challenge for the TNA Legends Championship! Introducing first, from Farfield, Connecticut, weighing at three-hundred and five pounds, "The Blueprint" Matt Morgan!" The crowd shows their feelings toward The Blueprint through booing as he steps into the Impact Zone. He seems focused, ready to defeat what might be considered the biggest challenge of his TNA Career, Rhino. [color=purple]"Welcome to the Impact Zone, we are live in Anchorage, Alaska for TNA Wrestling Sacrifice!"[/color] [color=red]"We've got a big card here tonight; many high-profile matches! Perphaps none moreso than this opening one! The Blueprint Matt Morgan takes on The War Machine Rhino!"[/color] [color=purple]"Let's not forget what's at stake here. "And his opponent, from Detroit, Michigan, weighing in at two-hundred and seventy pounds, "The War Machine", Rhino!" [color=purple]"Here's my personal pick to win this match! Rhino has what it takes to defeat Matt Morgan, and I think that's exactly what we're going to see."[/color] [color=red]"Maybe you should spend less time kissing Rhino's a*s and more time calling the matches."[/color] [color=purple]"You...nevermind."[/color] First Match: "The Blueprint" Matt Morgan vs. "The War Machine" Rhino Match: The Referee rings the bell and the match gets underway. Rhino stands on one side of the ring while Morgan stands on the other. The two look at each other with intensity, trying to figure out a good attack strategy. Rhino gets one first - it seems - and dashes across the ring to hit Morgan with a Clothesline. He fails at doing so at The Blueprint dodges. Morgan knees Rhino in the chest and hits a Double Underhook Suplex. The crowd boos as Morgan taunts, trying to show his power. [color=red]"Look at that; the match has just gotten underway and already Matt Morgan has complete control. It's his time!"[/color] [color=purple]"You can't be serious! The match has just started; there's no way Rhino's going to stay down."[/color] Morgan picks Rhino up and Irish Whips him into the ropes. Rhino rebounds with a knee to the face, sending Morgan into the ropes. Morgan runs forward and Rhino hits a Spinebuster! Rhino tries the cover..."1! 2!" Morgan kicks out. Rhino drops three elbows on Morgan in succession and taunts. The fans pop. Rhino twists Morgan's legs and applies a Sharpshooter in the center of the ring. The Blueprint shows signs of giving up, but crawls to the ropes and gets his hand on the bottom one, forcing Rhino to break the hold. Rhino does so reluctantly and goes to the corner, setting Morgan up for a Gore. [color=purple]"So much for your theory, Don West! Rhino's about to hit the Gore and end this one!"[/color] [color=red]"No way! Matt Morgan is completely aware of his surroundings and this is going to end badly for Rhino!"[/color] Rhino runs for the Gore--Morgan dodges it! Rhino turns around and goes for a Clothesline, but Morgan takes him down with a Clothesline as well, taking both superstars to the mat. The crowd claps as both superstar will themselves to their feet. Rhino hits Morgan with Right Hand, and Morgan fires back with a Left Hand. He tries another, but Rhino ducks this one and hits a Side Belly-to-Belly Suplex! Matt Morgan crashes into the mat and Rhino gets back to his feet. Rhino hooks the inside leg..."1! 2! Three--no!" Kickout from The Blueprint. Rhino gets Morgan to his feet and Irish Whips him into the corner. He goes for a Corner Clothesline, but Morgan dodges it. Morgan hits a Right Hand before dropping Rhino with a Fallaway Slam. [color=red]"That's gonna do it! The power of Matt Morgan is just incredible!"[/color] Morgan sets Rhino up for the Carbon Footprint. Rhino gets up and Morgan runs, but Rhino ducks it! Rhino goes for the Gore, but this time Morgan dodges! [b]SLAM![/b] Morgan catches Rhino on the rebound with a Carbon Footprint! Hooks the legs..."1! 2! 3!" Winner: Matt Morgan Morgan grinned and celebrated. He took his sunglasses and looked into the crowd, smirking, even though they were cheering. Rhino looked up at “The Blueprint” in shock. Morgan went to the back and Rhino left through the crowd. She gets in and holds the Knockout’s Championship high in the air. Match Two– Velvet Sky vs. Angelina Love [w/ Chimera] [TNA Knockout’s Championship] Ding! Ding! Ding! Angelina and Velvet Sky start out the match by circling each other. They come to the center of the ring and lock-up. Velvet Sky puts Angelina in a headlock, but is quickly thrown to the rope by Chimera. Velvet Sky stops before reaching the ropes. She turns around and is met with a DDT by Angelina. [color=purple]“She could do it right here!”[/color] Angelina goes for the cover. 1… 2… Kick out! Angelina Love picks up Velvet Sky and Irish Whips her to the corner. Angelina runs at her, but is met with an elbow. Velvet Sky gets on the top rope. She jumps at Angelina Love and hits a cross body. She goes for the cover. 1… Kick out! Velvet Sky gets up and starts kicking Angelina in the abdomen. Velvet Sky goes to pick up Angelina, But Angelina reverses with a rollup! [color=red]“She’s got her!”[/color] 1… 2… Kick out! Angelina starts yelling at the referee. “Are you kidding me! That was three!” Velvet Sky sneaks behind Angelina and rolls her up. 1… 2… Kick out! Velvet Sky bounces off the ropes and dropkicks Angelina. Velvet Sky gets on the top rope again. She jumps at Angelina but is met with a fist in mid air. [color=purple]“She just got the wind knocked out of her!”[/color] Angelina walks over to the referee and distracts him while Chimera comes in and dropkicks Velvet Sky. Angelina turns around and picks up Velvet Sky. Angelina grabs her and falls back, hitting the Lights Out. She goes for the pin. 1… 2… 3! Ding! Ding! Ding! He starts to go after Angelina, but she slides out of the ring and runs towards the ramp. Samoa Joe chases after her and catches her right before she gets to the stage. He grabs her by the neck. He is about to chokeslam her, but Chimera hits him in the back with a steel chair. Angelina and Chimera escape to the stage before Samoa Joe can get up. The crowd went wild as Dustin Delta ran down the ramp with a ladder. He dropped the ladder halfway down the ramp, already set up. He ran up the ladder and catapulted off the top, corkscrewing Samoa Joe. Dustin stood and high fived the fans and began walking backstage, Chimera and Angelina watching in surprise. [color=red]”Was that Dustin Delta? WWE Superstar, Dustin Delta? The former ECW and United States Champion, Dustin Delta?”[/color] [color=purple]”I think so, Don. I’m just as shocked as you.”[/color] [color=red]”What a night, Mike! You really just need to shut up something.”[/color] Suicide jumped down from the table and stepped onto the ramp. He glared at Vince for a minute before holding his hand to his head, hundreds in the crowd mimicking him. He slid into the ring and stood only inches away from Silver. They confronted as the bell rang. Match Three: Vince Silver vs. Suicide [X-Division Championship] Vince and Suicide just glared at each other for a moment before locking up. They struggled, but Vince delivered a spinning neckbreaker. Vince looked down at Suicide and dropped several knees to the neck. Silver ran to the ropes and rebounded off, with a falling double axe handle. Silver looked down at the supernatural, suicidal superstar. He slid out of the ring and picked up a steel chair. He entered the ring again and slammed Suicide in the head with the chair, causing a disqualification. Winner: Suicide [By Disqualification][STILL X-Division Champion] [color=red]”Well, Vince didn’t hold back. I don’t think he even cares about not winning the X-Division Champion. He just wants to end that freak of nature, Suicide.”[/color] Vince Silver continued the assault with the chair. Suicide rolled out of the ring and evaded to the back. Silver stepped onto the second rope and yelled at Suicide, threatening him. Suicide taunted as the crowd popped. Suicide held his torso in pain as he went to the back. Alex placed it down and ran into the ring as Sabin leaned against the ropes, looking into the crowd. Storm shook with Tenay and Don and he walked towards the six-sided ring. [color=purple]”Don, this is gonna be one hell of a match! Both Beer Money and the Guns are great tag teams. I can’t wait to see who’ll come out on top.”[/color] [color=red]”For once, Mike, I agree with you. I have to say, these two teams both deserve a shot to take on Team 3D.”[/color] Match Four: Motor City Machine Guns vs. Beer Money, Inc. [Team 3D Invitation Tournament Finals] Sabin and “The Cowboy” started in the ring. They locked up and walked around the ring, staggering back and forth. Sabin got the upperhand, jumping out of the lock up and dropkicking Storm. Sabin dropped a leg and followed it up with a knee on James’ head and delivering a series of punches. Chris jumped up and the knee fell onto James Storm. Sabin tagged in Alex, who climbed to the top rope. He kneeled on the top rope, waiting for Storm to stand. [color=red]”So far, the Guns are in control, and doing a good job keeping James Storm down.”[/color] Storm stood and Shelley rocketed off the top rope. He hit a cross-body splash and took James down again. Alex slid out of the ring and grabbed a chair from ringside. [color=purple]’WHAT ? Wait a minute! There’s some foul play from the Guns!”[/color] Robert Roode stepped down from the apron and walked over to Shelley. He hit a spear and brought Alex down as the crowd popped. Roode pulled Alex up and tossed him into the ring. Storm pulled himself up and began stomping on Alex. He rebounded off the ropes and dropped a fist. “The Cowboy” stood up and looked over to Robert Roode as he got onto the apron. They made the tag and Roode stepped into the ring as Shelley pulled himself up. They ran at eachother and locked up. The struggle continued, and a moment later, Robert hit a suplex. Roode went for a pin, but Alex kicked out at two. [color=purple]”Now here comes Beer Money, making an impact!”[/color] [color=red]”I gotta give it to Storm and Roode. They’re really making an change in the balance of this match.”[/color] Robert was hammering away at Alex. Alex rolled backwards and kicked Roode in the head. Shelley stood and Robert Roode sat up. Shelley ran forward and dropkicked him in the chest. Shelley taunted as James Storm reached over the ropes and began choking him out. The referee got Storm off and Alex went to his corner. He made the tag and Sabin came in. Robert pulled himself up with the ropes and Sabin came running. Roode went to kick Chris, but he hit the Cradle Shock. Sabin pinned Roode and won the tournament. Winners: Motor City Machine Guns [color=red]”What a match, Mike. Beer Money made a great attempt to take the tournament win, but in the end, the Guns came out on top.”[/color] The Detroit Natives celebrated in the ring as David Penzer announced their victory. Fireworks went off and they left the ring and took the trophies. Alex hijacked James Storm’s Cooler Car as the duo left, satisfied. [color=purple]”The Guns won the battle, but I think the war isn’t over yet.”[/color] [color=red]”Of course it isn’t, Tenay. Sabin and Shelley still have to take on Team 3D at Slammiversary Seven.”[/color] James Storm and Roode stood, looking frustrated. They left the ring and walked up the ramp and through the tunnel. Suddenly, the screen above the tunnels flashed on and showed Scott Steiner being powerbombed through a table. The camera wouldn’t show who had done it. The camera turned and Kevin Nash was shown closing in. “Dude, what are you doing?” Footsteps are heard, leaving. Nash looks down the hall with confusion on his face. He looks at a clock and realizes it’s time for his match. Nash walks up the steel steps and onto the apron. He goes through the ropes and into the ring. He looks around him and then turns to the stage. He stepped into the ring and dropped his coat onto ringside. Penzer stepped into the center of the ring. “The following bout is scheduled for one fall and is for the TNA HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP! Introducing first, he is the challenger, from Detriot, Michigan, ‘Big Sexy’ KEVINNNNNNN NASH!” The crowd booed. Nash looked into the crowd of almost 9,500 people as they chanted “NASH SUCKS.” “And his opponent, the reigning TNA HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION….’The Icon’ STING!” Penzer finished as the crowd popped huge. The crowd was silent. The music stopped and Lauren Brooke casually walked down the ramp and came into the ring. She whispered in Penzer’s ear and went to ringside. The TNA announcer brought the microphone to his mouth. “I have just been informed that Jeff Jarrett has chosen a new special guest referee. Please welcome, from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, KURT ANGLE!” [url=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HAiwmRVclrs&feature=quicklist]Kurt Angle[/url] The crowd went wild as the only Olympic Gold Medalist in wrestling entered, returning from a 3-month long recovery period after breaking his right leg. Angle walked into the arena and the crowd went wild. Kurt threw the American Flag off his back and red, white, and blue fireworks went off. Kurt walked down and into the ring. Sting and Nash watched Kurt in shock. Kurt took the championship and held it up for the crowd to see, as any referee would for a title match. The bell rang. Main Event: Kevin Nash vs. Sting [Special Referee: Kurt Angle][Ultimate Sacrifice][TNA Championship] Nash and Sting looked at Kurt Angle in disbelief for a moment. Sting then took advantage of the situation and ran forward with a neckbreaker. Sting delivered multiple punches to Kevin and went for a fast pin. Kevin kicked out at one. Sting backed Nash into a corner and delivered a knee hard to the torso. “The Icon” dropped Kevin with a facebuster. Sting taunted and got onto a turnbuckle. He jumped off, and went to hit an elbow drop. Kevin rolled away and Sting landed on his left elbow. Nash went and began dropping knees and stomping on Sting’s elbow has he yelled in pain. Kevin dragged Sting to the ropes and tried to rope burn “The Icon’s” left elbow. [color=red]”There is the brawn and brain of Kevin Nash. I could see him leaving here tonight with the TNA Championship.”[/color] Nash pulled Sting off and took him down with a clothesline. As Sting sat up, Kevin applied a headlock, which turned into a tornado DDT. Kevin tried to pin “The Icon”, who kicked out quickly. Nash ran to the opposite side of the ring and rebounded off. He ran at Sting and took him down with a throwback. Nash taunted and left the ring. He took a steel chair and slid into the ring. [color=purple]”Folks, I’d like to remind you that the use of that chair is legal in this match, since it is held under Ultimate Sacrifice rules.”[/color] Nash waited with the chair in his hand. Sting pulled himself up with the help of the ropes. He rested, laying on the turnbuckle. He turned around and saw Nash with the chair. Nash stepped onto the second rope in front of Sting. He hit “The Icon” in the head twice before the champ countered, launching the chair into Nash’s head. Nash lost his balance, falling on his back. Sting pulled himself onto the top rope and jumped, splashing on his challenger. He went for another pin, but Nash was able to kick out by two. Sting began punching Kevin in the head. The TNA Champ grabbed the steel chair and hit Nash in the head. [color=red]”C’mon, Nash! Get up!”[/color] [color=purple]”Don’t try, Don. Sting has this in the bag.”[/color] Kevin began to stand as Sting waited with the chair. The crowd began chanting for Sting. Nash stood and Sting ran at him with the chair. Somehow, someway, Kevin Nash dropkicked the chair and it smacked “The Icon” in the face. Sting fell down as the crowd booed. Kevin slid out of the ring and grabbed one of the pedestals used to hold up the Gun’s trophies. He brought it into the ring, holding it with both arms. Kurt stepped back in despair. [color=red]”Look, Mike! Kevin Nash is gonna be the new TNA Champion!”[/color] [color=purple]”Don, don’t count your champions before they win.”[/color] [color=red]”Mike, why do you try to be funny? It obviously doesn’t work.”[/color] Sting grabbed the second rope and lay against it. Nash stepped toward Sting with the pedestal and lifted it up. He went to drop it onto Sting, but Angle ran up from behind with an Olympic Slam. Kevin fell to the mat and Sting looked at Angle. Whether it was disbelief or respect, you couldn’t tell. Sting pulled himself up and fell onto Kevin Nash. He hooked both legs. Kurt slid down and went for the count. “One…two..thr—“ Just as Angle’s hand came down for the three-count, Nash sat up, pushing Sting off of him. Nash fell back down, completely exhausted. Both superstars lay down lifeless in the ring. Angle went for the knockout-ten-count. “One….two….three…” Neither superstar moved. “Four…five….six…..seven…” Kevin grabbed the ropes, as did Sting. “Eight…nine…” Nash came to his feet, the champion still struggling. “Ten!” Kurt yelled as the bell rang. The fans booed with great intensity as Kevin grinned. Winner: Kevin Nash [NEW TNA Champion] [b]BOO![/b] Kurt took the title from the timekeeper, and looked at Nash. He seemed angry.
