For me, I don't particularly think of anyone as a villain, but there are a few characters that stand out a bit as far as that goes... Kanako is notoriety hungry, and manipulative.Tenshi causes disasters without caring simply because she's bored and wants to be included, but won't hesitate to go through on her threats.Yuka is just plain calmly insane, scary, wicked powerful, and will do whatever dastardly deed suits her.
