So far, aside from StB, I think SA is the hardest. =o The enemies are just more intense. I also think In is quite hard - seriously, my first playthrough on EASY, and Mystia killed me. Twice. ._.;;

 

But I just played it again today, and I didn't die till I got to Marisa, so yay. Then I got a Game Over when I got to Eirin. Dx

 

If it counts, CtC is harder than SA. x_X

I managed to clear enough stages in level 3 to unlock level 4 though, which has Tewi, Reisen, and Medicine.
