If you click on the little start icon (shaped like a mortar or something), and it says it can't find the "dx9_33.dll" files, yo need to search Windows for updates on those files, restart your computer, and try again. Aside from that, follow my guide on Youtube. Also, I've proofread my cards and have fixed them.
