Yes' date=' plus if you died<--(if there is an afterlife) You'd forget who you previously were.(Just a thought)

It depends on the afterlife. Is it like a paradise, or are you reincarnated? Being reincarnated means that you wouldn't remember, but in the paradise, you are the person who you were before you died and you remember evrything you could when you died. Maybe there isn't anything. Maybe eternal suffering. We don't know what it is, but it could be those things.

As I said, it's practicaly fear of the unknown.

Only the dead know what's after death, but either fortunately or unfortunately, we can't ask them.:P

Now, it is said that after death, depending on your personality(bad or good), you are either sent to hell or paradise. I don't believe either, you're not sent in any of them. But, I believe that after death you can create your own paradise, and live in it. Also, reincarnation means you're reliving but your soul exists in another body, right? That sounds...fake, but it's maybe possible....

Of course i fear death. Even though it is a release of your spirit, and (most of the time) is supposed to be a very light experience rather then dark, depending on how you die and the reason. But what i've heard about death, and the afterlife, i get scared sometimes, then i laugh. The thing about death is that it ISNT the worst thing to happen. Its the best. Sure, you may not see your folks for a bit, but you will see them again. In the afterlife. The best place in this life. And yes, everyone goes to heaven eventually. Im very religious about this kinda stuff, so i know alot.

LIES' date=' on the first post at least. Everyone fears death, under any circumstances, but that does not meen you can't look forward to it. Looking forward to death, yes, I do that ^_^. Well, religion-wise.

There's nothing to fear by fear itself.

And I'm glad I'm not the only one who looks forward to the afterlife

No I don't.

But I do not look forward to it either.

To end life' date=' is to end experience. And that I shall not stand for.

All our times have come

Here but now they're gone

Seasons don't fear the reaper

Nor do the wind, the sun or the rain..we can be like they are

Come on baby...don't fear the reaper

Baby take my hand...don't fear the reaper

We'll be able to fly...don't fear the reaper

Baby I'm your man...

Valentine is done

Here but now they're gone

Romeo and Juliet

Are together in eternity...Romeo and Juliet

40,000 men and women everyday...Like Romeo and Juliet

40,000 men and women everyday...Redefine happiness

Another 40,000 coming everyday...We can be like they are

Come on baby...don't fear the reaper

Baby take my hand...don't fear the reaper

We'll be able to fly...don't fear the reaper

Baby I'm your man...

Love of two is one

Here but now they're gone

Came the last night of sadness

And it was clear she couldn't go on

Then the door was open and the wind appeared

The candles blew then disappeared

The curtains flew then he appeared...saying don't be afraid

Come on baby...and she had no fear

And she ran to him...then they started to fly

They looked backward and said goodby...she had become like they are

She had taken his hand...she had become like they are

Come on baby...don't fear the reaper

This was needed =/
