You might Trade-In Mazera Deville only to find that you just can't seem to draw another copy, despite having Pandemonium and Zera set up. That, or you can get it in the grave with Grepher and then pick it up. It may be a -1, but should help the deck's consistency. I would side into Decree against those playing Solemn (or against GBs playing Chariot for that matter), as you really don't want to have the summon of Mazera interrupted.

Nice suggestion, definitely going to try that out. It's actually at 41, and I had recently decided to remove 1 Swing, but putting it back at 41 isn't so bad.

 

I've been having that exact problem you described, dunno why Reincarnation didn't cross my mind.
