New pokemon RP (2 player max) New region realistic like the pokemon games

Welcome to the world of pokemon. My name is prof. Langhune, and this is the Kyoti Region. Try and become Pokemon League Champion!

 

In this RP I am trying to make it really similar to the games. Your pokemon will level up, gain stats, learn moves, even be taught TM's. I'm even thinking about encorporating EV's.

Starter: (Why not Sinnoh? Wasn't going to pick a Sinnoh anyway, but whatever...) - Torchic

Description: A shy kid, Cecil likes to take notes and examine things quietly, rather than get involved himself. He often doesn't have the self confidence to do the things he wants to, and keeps away from things that might be dangerous, or take too much of a risk.

Appearance: Cecil is short at 5'6, with short black hair that is a bit longer in the back. He is very thin, which allows him to easily go unnoticed when he wants to. He wears a nondescript white shirt and matching pair of pants, with a thin Black denim jacket for when it's cold out.
