Aximil
Runners don't get hurt by poison while out of battle, or if they flee immediately. So I just kept hunting it down and tossing Dusk Balls. (It was night time while I did this.)

EliminateHRN
I'm not playing much SoulSilver. I recently restarted my game (I was only at the first gym, so it didn't really matter). I'm trying to get every starter, but my sister is being a jabroni and will not let me use her DS. I'll probably wait to get the other two (Totodile and Chikorita) in a trade from the internet later. Sp1at
Should I use a sandshrew or a mareep? I just caught them.
EliminateHRN
Mareep is overused and isn't very good, IMO. Sandshrew I'm not sure about, I never used him. I guess it depends on your other pokemon. Let me remember how to WiFi trade, Lol.
Felix
@happygosplat: Ampharos and Sandlash are both equally average Pokemon but I reckon you should use Sandshrew seeing as how no one else is. This thread also has a significant lack of Heracross :|
Flame Dragon
Should I use a sandshrew or a mareep? I just caught them. Mareep is over used for in game play and Sandshrew just isn't that good and doesn't have that much of a cool factor. Personally I'd say use Quagsire for a ground type since it's good and isn't really used. For electric go with Magneton for the same reason. I going to use Magneton in my SS run. I might try both, I'm not sure.

Felix
You don't get special Pokemon for that:/ You just get new backgrounds for your box's.
OmegaWave
So I went to K Mart and bought a Darkrai Pokemon Card Tin. I got Darkrai Lv.X and Team Galactic's Darkrai in the same tin! So to celebrate, I took my Darkrai in SS through the Elite Four and wiped everything out. I also bought the Magmortar and Torterra Starter Decks. <3 Magmortar =D

Scroll down to the bottom of the HG/SS screen after entering your Trainer ID. It works for me. That's what came up after I entered my Trainer ID.
