You need to make the outline of an fossile pokemon. I'm sure you can find a vid on youtube.

Why would you get rid of Pidgey? Pidgeot is probably the best in-game bird.

Pidgeot is not that good. Really if you want a flying type Crobat or Fearow are both a lot better. Fearow's ATK and Sped are 10 points higher (speed is really 9' date=' but w/e). Crobat has one of the highest base speeds in game and it's attack is still higher. Skarmory is also really great. It has 2 weaknesses (Fire and Electric) and can take hits for ages. Giving it Roosts only lets it last longer. Sure you can't get it till the end of the game, but I waited that long for Donphan and the wait isn't that bad.

 

Why do so many people love Pidgeot?

 

I'd get Pigeot just for the sheer win factor. Pigeot is win.

He is cool, but the other ones I listed are cooler.

No, the ones you listed were better. Pigeot just has that sheer cold (bad pun) cool factor about it. The others, granted, are better, but who cares? Pigeot is just... kewl. 8)

No, the ones you listed were better. Pigeot just has that sheer cold (bad pun) cool factor about it. The others, granted, are better, but who cares? Pigeot is just... kewl. 8)

 

I personally think Crobat is cooler. It might be because how how much people like Pigeot that I don't like him as much. Remember i'm going for as hard a run as possible and I just don't want to use him even though he isn't that good. I just don't like him as much as I like the first two I listed. That could also be because I used him for most of my FR run.

 

I like trying to avoid really used pokemon. That is the main reason I hate that so many people are using Amp.

And when I restart my file, I'm attempting not to get a Mareep. But dude, it's so tempting. And if you are a Totodile user, you are going to have tough problems through the first gym or two.

I just looked at his base stats and they are SO much better then Lanturns. The same is true for Eletrode. So that leaves Magnaton (who is just as good as Zone) and Jolton in the form of Electric types to use. So, Amp really isn't that bad or good. More mid rode in terms of electric types.

 

Really side from those two the only non-legendaries that are better then it are Rotom and Electivire and you can't get either of them in the main game. All the others are just as good if not a little worse.

 

Also I thought of another really cool Flying type. Xatu. I now REALLY want to use it. Their are so many pokemon that I want to use. This is making me sad because I can' use them all.

My in-game team is the following.

 

Swampert 42 (So I traded over a Mudkip, big whoop, wanna fight about it?)

Crobat 42 (Caught a level 2 Zubat in Dark Cave)

Espeon 42 (Trained it from the Eevee Bill gives you.)

Dratini 29 (The one with Extremespeed from the Dragon Den elder person. It's holding an Exp. Share right now.)

Bibarel 19 (HM Slave from Platinum)

Bibarel 19 (HM Slave from Platinum)

 

I got infront of the Pokémon League but I don't plan on going into it until I catch Entei and Raikou. Only Entei remains and it's poisoned and so low on health that I can't even Mean Look it or it will faint.

You won't have problems if you have a say sperow or pidgey

Get a Red Scale from the Shiny Gyrados, then go to Mr. Pokemon's house. Either Mr. Pokemon's house or Elm's lab. Can't remember right now.

(NOTE: I DIDN'T FOLLOW THE GAME STRAIGHT FORWARD EVER SINCE GOLDENROD CITY; I SPEND LOTS OF TIME TRAINING MYSELF IN SOME ROUTE BEFORE EVEN ATTEMPTING TO BEAT THE 4th,5th,6th and 7th GYM....that to explain the level up of my team.....)

Safari Zone once you complete the second test. It's in the Mountain Area.

Can someone tell me where you get the EXP. Share please.

 

Go to Mr. Pokémon's house. He'll give you one in exchange for the Red Scale you get after fighting the Shiny Gyrados.

I don't get why you trained so much before those badges. Really they aren't hard. In fact your team is just as strong as Clair's strongest pokemon.

It was an accident. I meant to click Bite but I hit Poison Fang instead and it poisoned it.
