Don't put Ice Punch on Metagross. It really doesn't need it. At +6 ATK, you'll be OHKO'ing everything as long as it doesn't resist your move. You can make your own moveset, really.

 

Just go here (yes, click here) and use the dropdown to put the four types of the moves you are using. Make sure no Pokemon (except Shedinja, since the Sandstorm will take it out) comes up in the list.

 

Steel/Ground/Electric/Psychic only has Shedinja on the list, so...

 

And it doesn't matter if TTar gets confused. It's job is to set up Sandstream and die, really. And Outrage will OHKO things more often than Dragon Claw.

You could just hack the moveset. It's not like the Battle Tower people are smart enough to notice. Just get the move modifier for HGSS. Although it was fairly long on DPPt, so I didn't add it to my AR. And I have no use for it, really.

Hmmm. I remember having my Froslass learn Ice Beam and Shadow Ball for STAB, Wake-up Slap for Dark-Types and Crunch for the heck of it.

 

If you have Shadow Ball you sure as hell don't need Crunch. Both have the same type coverage but Shadow Ball has STAB.

No you don't. If a pokemon has bad physical attack why give it a move that comes off such a bad stat. Lass's Special on the other hand is great. And even then their is no point in wasting a move slot with a move that doesn't give more coverage.

I have had it at 1 HP, frozen, confused, disabled, and attacks stuck to one move that hardly do anything(miracle eye?) I had 999 pokeballs and wasted them all. I even replicated this event and had it perma frozen(hacked). "It broke free" every time. I even used the "gotcha" glitch. Can anyone find me the catch ratio chart please? I think the cherish ball has a higher ratio.

I could swear 'Lass had an at least decent SpA.

 

I had 999 pokeballs and wasted them all.

Wow, I are smart. I thought it was special since I use a special base'd version and I've only seen it use those kind of attacks. Meh. It's special based moves are better the it's physical (Ice Beam > Ice Punch, Shadow Ball > --- it has no physical ghost moves) so it isn't that odd to think that.

 

But yea, I now want to make a Choice Band Lass.

...but the standard HGSS Mewtwo (at full health) takes an average of 241 balls to catch. So unless you have been sucking your balls (suck balls, I tried to make a pun), using 999 is highly unlikely. I haven't used that many total on all my legends so far. And I won't use that many total, either.

Fux. Earlier I got to Palmer for the 1st time ever, and I ended up getting cocky and I lost. >->

 

TTar OHKO'd Dragonite with Stone Edge.

Milotic gets sent out and Surfs TTar to death.

Sent out Gliscor and I got in 3 Double Teams. I got cocky and tried using Swords Dance w/out a Substitute (would have died if I used it again anyways) and Milotic landed an Ice Beam. >->

Sent out Metagross and used Thunder Punch. Milotic survives with 1 HP and right when I was going to Bullet Punch it he switched to Rhyperior. With only 94HP left and Earthquake not killing Rhyperior, Rhyperior killed Metagross with Earthquake. >->
