Chris kept searching. He emerged out of the forest when suddenly -

 

"I know you're looking for me." The large dragon came to a crashing land in front of Chris. "Now I will win you and become even stronger."

 

"Uh-uh. I'm not here to duel. I'm here to slay." Zaroc laughed.

 

"Slay me if you want, but it won't work."

"Yes..." Suddenly he swung his tail at Pete, bashing him aside. "Now, let's get back to business." He suddenly swung his tail forwards so it wrapped around the sword, and he threw it aside. Forced to duel, Chris activated his disk.

 

"Me first!" he said as he drew six. "I play Marauding Captain, and now I summon another Marauding Captain! Next I set two and end."

Zaroc drew. "I use the effect of Iron Dragon. By discarding that and a Carbon Dragon, I can Special Summon from my Extra Deck a Steel Dragon!"

OoC: I've got over 5000 posts! *whooop* *hands out a big fat slice of chocolate cake to Pete, then saves some for the others*

 

Chris drew. "You're going down with this move Zaroc. First I use Lightning Vortex to send your two dragons packing. Now I'll send my own Captains packing for my Buster Blader! And thank you very much for helping him as well - you have 7 dragons in your Graveyard, which means Buster gets a whooping 3500 ATK bonus, giving him a total of 6100 ATK. Now Buster, let's slay him! Strike him with your sword!"

 

"NOOOOOOOOOO!"

 

There was nothing Zaroc could do to stop Buster. The knight leapt and thrust his sword through where his heart would be. The great dragon roared as he disappeared in a cloud of dust.

 

Chris calmly walked over to retrieve his sword, then over to Pete. "Are you alright Peter?"

"I hope so, I'm not sure," answered Chris.

 

No it isn't. It still has 6 lives, but it needs to recover from the injury you gave it. I wouldn't look for him if I were you, he'll be in isolation far away from here.

Harumi drowsily lifter her eyes, trying to figure out where everyone was. she had woken up yet again and was late yet again. After her usual Late morning routine, she went outside and smiled, the fresh air easing the discomfort she felt for some reason. That was, of course, before she came across the rest of the group, who seemed to already have dueled, and for non=recreational purposes.

"What happened?!" she asked in near panic, frozen in shock.

"Hey kiddo," said Chris. "It's going to take too long to explain so here's a brief run-through - Crystal, who I happened to be cloned from - long story, don't even ask - has just been possessed by Jafar - I-I-I mean Zaroc - who's managed to win two duels, changed into a gigantic dragon, left Crystal in a coma which has left me begining to fade until Crystal awakes, and then he returned and I just duelled and now he's gone. And did I forget to say he needs to be beaten 10 times and has already been defeated 4 times?" added Chris all in one breath to the new person.
