What type of Crystal Beast deck does he use? I've used all kinds and currently have one that focuses on Hamon, Lord of Striking Thunder. just try a burn deck. Crystal Beasts don't stand up well against direct damage decks.

Setting the Deck on fire normally beats the strongist decks... but it doesnt stop the owner from trying to kick ur ass.

The people I know who run those decks can't get out of their seat.

The person I know who runs that deck is a tai kwan do master... or a Korean at least.

No' date=' he's actually Japanese. And he's a pretty good guy too.

Japanese people do not have last names spelled "Koo".

Well, he's still Japanese. I asked him.

Seriously? Huh, I could have sworn.

*sigh*

Look, I destroy my friend's Crystal Beast deck regularly, and here's the one way to make sure that you can kick them to the curb regularly:

If they have Rainbow Dragon, GET RID OF IT SOMEHOW. From there, it's a simple matter of beating them into the pavement . . .

I personally recommend some Bottomless's to deal with the Rainbow Dragon -- don't worry about letting them get enough CB's to get it, just kill it like you would anything else once it comes out -- i.e., preferrably with a Trap Card (Bottomless, Sakuretsu, etc. -- all fairly easy to get nowadays).

sigh.

burn decks.

mill decks.

i dunno.

simple strategy against cbs:

dont attack.

slows them down a fuckload.

like, you wouldnt believe how much.

and run a field spell to get rid of theirs.

actually, demise town would probably be the best thing to run against cbs.

its also ridiculously cheap.

you know, I am one of those " can't be beat" kids at the club.

of course, I can actually train someone to get better.

now about half of them are just under my level.

they find it super annoying that I keep beating them all with the same deck for the past 6 months, all the while they have been getting better and better cards.

it is his skill that beats you, not his deck.

you have to find a way to get better.

You don't need to guard against Rainbow Dragon. Rainbow Dragon sucks.
