[spoiler=Chapter 1]

A high pitched screeching sound was the only thing Tao could hear echoing through his head again and again. “Your efforts are pointless, your technique is nothing and you will never escape from here alive.” Tao woke up in shock, his long black hair draping over his eyes. Gasping, he wiped away the sweat with his right arm. He took hold of the Zanpaktuo lying next to his bed and drew it out of its long black sheath, the sword glistened. Sitting up properly he ruffled up his bed sheets and gazed out into the pitch black sky remembering those words, “we both like to be wrapped into the blanket of the night.” Staring out at the moon he walked out as if he were under a spell, the cold night air blew against Tao’s bear chest. Tao shivered, but he did not move. He continued to stare and slowly began to walk off the pathway leading to his house, onto the damp emerald green grass. Clutching onto his Zanpaktuo he let out a mighty roar and swung it with ferocity, head first into the tree. He began a relentless attack on the tree, clutching it, not letting go until blood dripped onto his purple hilt.

 

 

What could it have meant Tao questioned himself his hands getting tired swinging in slow painful motions his eyes widening in pain with every strike, “no, no its just a dream is all but it was so vivid” letting out a final gasp of pain as he dropped to the floor sweating he gazed up at the sky, panting for breath. He slowly forced himself to look down and see the deep red blood trickling down his hand, Tao tried to move it, he tried and tried and tried, but his efforts were pointless it was painful his hands hurt his legs hurt, after a while Tao decided just to lay their in pain feeling the damp green grass soak away his pains as his vision started to go he yawned shutting his eyes drifting off into a deep sleep. As he woke up he saw a tall figure standing over him, starting to regain full vision he was able to make out who it was, the captain of the 11th division Zaraki Kenpachi, Tao let out a groan as he sat up he could feel a sharp pain in his stomach he clutched it with his left hand and slowly stood up in salute to the captain. “Off guard Tao” he blankly said with a nothing but a plain look on his face, “s..s..sorry sir it wont happened again Tao replied in what could only be described as fear, Kenpachi grinned there is nothing to be sorry about he replied as the grin started to vanish, s.sir Tao stammered thank you he continued

 

 

 

 

 

“so this is what being in Mayuri’s squad is like eh” “I don’t understand what you mean sir” it just turns every respectable warrior into cowards. Tao opened his mouth to argue but instead nothing came out, letting out a sigh Tao gazed down at the floor frowning “I hope you wont be like this when you transfer to my squad soldier” w-what I’m being transferred to your squad Tao replied instantly with excitement “yeah but I’m trying to train you to become second down, under Yachiru I heard you are an excellent warrior and by the look of your hand It looks like you don’t put down your sword till you cant” oh that’s right Tao said turning his head to his left hand witch had stopped bleeding but was now soaked in cold blood that dripped of his hand onto newly stained red grass, “um captain Kenpachi, if you don’t mind me asking how long have you been here. “Right from the beginning Kenpachi replied I sensed someone letting out their spiritual pressure and when I got here, their you were takin on a tree heh I thought you would of let up the minute your hand started bleedin but nah you didn’t give up now I’m more then determined to get you into my squad. Wait… Tao replied you are more determined to get me into your squad now, you mean I’m not officially in yet, “heh sharp as ever huh Tao nah your not in my squad yet but I plan to have a meeting with all captains and lieutenants of the thirteen court guards on top of that I wish for Mayuri to no longer to be a soul reaper, Tao’s mouth dropped open why? Tao questioned, Kenpachi started to walk away, why I think you know why, nearly everyone knows about Mayuri’s discipline methods. Tao let out a sigh of relief… I wonder, I wonder if I should stay in Kenpachi’s squad rather then try to escape the Soul Society straight away that way I will get stronger for certain then I will leave, I am coming Taia I promise you.

 

 

[spoiler=Chapter 2]

Walking through the streets Taia pushed her hair out of her face glancing at all the sales in the shops “how I can be thinking about shopping now I don’t know, I must find out where Tao is, ever since the day we met he promised, he promised me he would return from the Soul Society” TAIA, HEY TAIA “huh” Taia muttered as she looked up oh its you Reina-Chan she said putting her head down, how are you? She asked Reina I’m fine she replied ecstatically “but you… you have been spacing out a lot lately” Reina claimed grinning “have not” Taia replied sharply twisting her head to the left hand side “ohh it’s a boy isn’t it” Reina said pulling on Taia’s cheeks as a huge grin came across her face, pushing her off Taia replied is not! As her face turned bright red, “ohhh yes it is Taia-Chan don’t treat me like a fool, look your face has gone bright red” ergh Taia snorted shaking Reina off her. Taia had long thin brown hair and Sparkling brown eyes and was wearing her custom grey school uniform as was the same for Reina dusting of her bow Reina said “you don’t have to be so harsh Taia-Chan we used to talk about boys all the time” “this is to complicated for you” Taia muttered “OHH so there is a boy now please, tell me Taia-Chan I promise I wont tell please, please pleaseee” Reina begged “no” Taia snapped back absolutely not she said grunting.

 

 

Meanwhile in the Soul Society Kenpachi’s meeting was in place, “YOU WHAT” Mayuri roared “that’s right” Kenpachi replied “Captain Zaraki with all due respect you can’t just request a Soul Reaper to have their power removed” “I can do what I want Hisagi” Mayuri sighed looking down he shut his eyes “on what bases do you call a meeting and waste everyone’s time to then request I have my powers removed, yet on top of that this is not some low life Shinigami you are talking about it is a Captain rank soul reaper, it is out of the question”, “you want to know on what bases” Kenpachi replied with a solid look in his eye “it Is based on the fact not only do you treat your comrades like scum you actually torture them, or have you forgotten about what you did to your comrades during the Ryoka incident” “now, now Kenpachi what did I tell you” Mayuri replied “over fifteen comrades killed by fire, the last time we checked Ichigo Kurosaki had no use over such Kidou” Hitsugaya roared slamming his fist down. Hitsugaya was a short soul reaper who looked like he was still in grade school, his eyes were sharp and green and spiked white hair he wore a standard Captain’s uniform and kept his Zanpaktuo slung over his back.

Mayuri grunted this is all just a bunch of poppycock he snorted turning away to leave in the doorway stood Shuhei Hisagi the captain of the third squad he glared at Mayuri and unsheathed his Zanpaktuo taking a step forward to Mayuri’s shoulder and all he muttered to Mayuri was “be careful, believe me you want to” Mayuri gasped witch immediately turned into a glare “and why would you say that 3rd squad Captain Shuhei Hisagi” Shuhei chuckled and continued to then walk away as Mayuri set of Kenpachi continued “I also request for Tao Kaiza to join my squad” “heh a pathetic lab rat like that, go ahead…” Mayuri chuckled.
