Where would I put this thread idea and am I allowed to make it? (Please Lock)

Hello again YCM community. I spend a lot of my time in the Pop Culture section of this website and I am getting slightly frustrated at the poor quality of cards in that section, ecspecially for animations such as Naruto and Bleach. My proposition is to start a 'workshop' of sorts where new members in the Pop Culture section may seek advice on how to improve their cards. If something like this already exists, then one may disregard this post of mine. If not, then I would like to volunteer to try it out and see how well it works.

If I am allowed to go ahead with this I would also like to know where I can put it. Would it simply go in Pop Culture or is there a better place?

Nice idea. Contact a Custom Cards moderator and ask them if you can post a 'workshop' in Pop Culture, and if it would be a good one, especially for the specific forum.
