Is there some limit to the amount 1 post can contain? (Please lock)

Question

I was trying to update a thread of mine with more cards. Trouble was, once I added all the extra IMG tags and updated it, all the text in my initial post just vanished. Everything I had written was still there when I went to edit it but it just didn't show up in the actual post. Also, the other funny thing was once I restored it to the original amount of cards then all the text reappeared. I was wondering if this behaviour was due to some limit to the amount of text or tags a single post can hold. In any case, how do I get around this and post the rest of my cards on my thread?

Hm, not that believe of.

Crab's story took up WAY too much space, and my Member Cards take up a lot of space on a page. Spoilers for them rule. =D

So, no, there shouldn't be any limit.

However, the site's been a bit Glitchy, so, maybe the text got all messed up.

am I allowed to do this and could I' date=' in future threads, make some blank posts at the beginning in case this happens again?

I don't think double posting is a way to go,i believe it will be merged together into one post but i think it adds towards the limit and you don't have to make a 2nd post unless you are sure it will have over 100+ cards, just take out the uneccsery parts of the first post

Thanks for the reply and confirming that there is a limit. However, after having tried a couple more times it does indeed seem that I have hit that limit in the particular thread:

http://forum.yugiohcardmaker.net/thread-116949.html

That may be due to the amount of spoiler and image tags I have used as well as links and credit. In any case, would I be able to just edit another post in the same thread and continue to post the set?

EDIT: I decided to go ahead with it anyways. I would just like to know; am I allowed to do this and could I, in future threads, make some blank posts at the beginning in case this happens again?
