As Naruto has become the 6th Hokage his former squad member Sasuke Uchiha has become the leader of the Akatsuki after the death of Pain at the hands of Naruto. Now ten years later Sasuke and the Akatsuki has become the fiercest and deadliest foe since the 9 Tail beast destroyed The Leaf Village. Now As Sasuke and his newly formed Akatsuki consisting of many new members has killed Naruto, The Leaf Village plans to defend the honor of the beloved Hokage Naruto. Which side will you choose.

 

Choose your Side Wisely

Their are three sides in this RP. The 1st is the leaf Side, you may be from any village as long as your on the side of the Leaf. 2nd is the Akatsuki side, you may be from any village ussually considered rouge. 3rd is the Dragonian Clan, these few ninja will be a neutral side in this war.

The clan was known by the Lightning Anbu as the Dragon Warriors, because their jutsu has that of a dragons power. This Clan is located in the Lightning Village. Their Kekkai Genkai ussually consists of using eye techniques similar to the Sharingan. With the final level of their Kekkai Genkai being able to summon a full bodied Dragon. Any questions on this clan just PM me to get an answer.

1: Their will be slight God Modding abilities, Here are the rules about this. 1 you cannot kill a members character. 2 you will still take damage. Unless you are a medical ninja no Healing yourself. 3 you may not control a members character. 4 You may have a strong Jutsu or Kekkai Genkai as long as they follow the rules set in the jutsu section. 5 If a member controls a Tailed Beast obviously their character will be stronger then most others. If their is a problem with these rules plz PM me and we will discuss a possible change.

Must be a level 5 star member and above. You must create your own tailed beast. Must have a full description of the Tailed Beast and its powers.

Their are seven types of Jutsu ranks and will have restrictions on use. When making your Jutsu list make sure to include your jutsu's rank.

 

S-rank: Secret: extreme level jutsu. This will be only for Anbu/kage's/Akatsuki. Can use these level jutsu and below.

A-rank: Kinjutsu: ultra high level jutsu. Anbu/Kages/Akatsuki

B-rank: Jounin level jutsu. Can use all from below as well.

C-rank: Chuunin level jutsu. can also use lower class jutsu.

D-rank: Genin level jutsu. Can also use Academy class jutsu.

E-rank: Academy student level jutsu

No rank: Jutsu relying on the unique abilities of the users (Kekkei genkai, Hiden jutsu)

Tailed Beast: Name is Doragon, is a Black Dragon and has 12 Tails. He has huge amounts of Chakra. In order to Gain the 12 Tailed Dragon form Hayate must level up from No tails to 12 like Naruto. The dragon is unable to fly but uses Fire and Lightning style Jutsu. At 1 Tail Hayate has all his senses but becomes extremly fast. 2 Tails Hayate's Chakra is manipulated into the shape of a Dragon around his body. 3 Tails Hayate starts to gain Chakra. 4 Tails Hayate's Chakra starts to form a more outlined Dragon Shape. 5 Tails Hayate's Chakra turns black giving him a Black dragon outline in his chakra. 6 Tails Hayate loses his senses and cannot control his anger. 7 Tails Hayate has almost completly transformed into a dragon like creature. 8 Tails Hayate cannot tell friend from foe, and attacks everything in his path. 9 Tails Hayate is incased withen a rock like egg, he cannot fight in this state but has tremendous defense abilities. 10 Tails Hayate breaks from his egg like rock appearing to be a full Dragon, jet black appearance, wings but unable to fly. 11 and 12 Tails will be explained later in roleplay. If Hayate uses his Tailed Beast he can only stay in a form for 1 minute so unless he upgrades to a higher Tail the Tailed beast disspears. Also no matter in what state of this tailed beast after he has tranformed back to his original body he losses all Chakra and becomes in a state of shock making him lose his senses or become uncounsious. For all levels it takes immense chakra to use the tailed beast. So unless he has a high chakra count he cannot use his Tailed beast. Also just for a heads up If Hayate reaches 11-12 tails he will be almost unstopable but after his minute is up he will likly die unless treated by a medical ninja withen 30 seconds.

10) Twin Paths of a God - Hayate has used a forbidden jutsu reanimating 2 bodies and has placed the rinnegan into them. In order to use the technique, Hayate remains in a large, chair-like machine that moves with 2 relatively small mechanical legs, and uses several large chakra rods in his back to transmit chakra. From there, the chakra is picked up by the numerous receivers piercing each body. To control them, Hayate has to be close by, and ideally at the highest point possible so he can have the best range possible.The machine can also shoot the chakra rods from the hole infront for controlling enemies.

 

Kekai genkai: Rinnegan - Allows an individual to quickly master various jutsu. Also use all basic forms of nature manipulation.

Bio: Hayate was a former Anbu black ops member from the Lightning at the age of ten, At 18 and he learned strange but new jutsu's, and now is the newly appointed Head of the Lightning Anbu and a Sanin level ninja at the age of 21. DemonX plz hold off on making your App for the moment I am redoing the main thread and updating and adding some new stuff. I will explain the new changes as soon as I'm done. then we can start the RP

OK I didn't really change anything other then my own APP, I have changed My jutsu and my kekkai genkkai and added some draw backs to my tailed beast. Plz read all the changes in my app so you may understand the conditions of my Character. And like I stated their is obviously a slight level of godmodding happening with the characters but that is why I wrote draw backs to my character. If you have a problem with anything with my Character plz PM me and let me know and I will take it into great details when Updating my App futher. Plz remember that you may also posses these great powers but you must also have draw backs.

Hayate was walking around the village viewing the damage done to the Hokage tower. "I can't believe he's acctually dead. He was such a great Ninja and leader." Hayate then spotted his Lightning Ninja walking around the Leaf. "Hey you all come here plz"

Hayate, then exited the Lightning Village and started toward an unkown destination. He saw many Leaf shinobi headed toward the hidden water village. Hayate walked up to the shinobi.

 

"What are you doing in these parts?" Hayate asked.

 

"Where on a recon mission thats classified." One ninja replied and they walked off without looking back.
