Some shop questions

I have a couple of shop questions, One: If i hired somebody to do ocg fixes befor the rule was made but did not post the examples untill after wards would it be breaking the rules?

Two: Would i be able to open a shop mall were i would charge people 1 point a month to have their shops put in there then i would advertise it as a collection of shops?

for the first one you just have to post examples witin 24 hours of listing the item. for the second one its leagle look at the ycm mag. hope this helps

The 2 question was tried and failed. So I don't really recommend doing it.

Actully i wasnt very clear, i hired somebody to do that befor the rule, but they did not give me examples so i could put it up as an item untill after the rule.
