I don't know if you could consider me an expert, but there seems to be nothing wrong with that card in any Deck that involves cards in the Graveyard really, let alone a Dark World Deck. A basic pic, but appropriate and it balanced. So, you get my first 10/10 for a card on this forum.

Good pic. Change last effect to can be treated as opponent's card. But, it is good for a dark world deck.

[Kale]

its good for a lot of strategies, like if you have a monster reborn(no one uses that besides me anymore) or similar effect you can get a powerful monster out on the feild for a cost of only 500 points.
