idk but from what i understand of black wings you want them to have their effects. as far as skill drain goes i am more in favor of the old school skill drain deck i have one and its worked very well for me

yer they do need their effects however because they can swam with skill drain on the field, it makes them faster than skill dad and even little city

Is 4 D heroes enough to make D-Draw reliable?

yer actually because im not in a rush to synchro summon using mali so i can hold onto it for a couple of turns, and its not big deal if i draw both of them.
