Different OS

Well, since my laptop's screen died, I've been trying to use my Playstation 3's Internet function to create cards. However, I can't get the Imageshack to make a picture of my cards, and I can't save the preview as a picture either. What's worse is that I can't load any of the cards I made beforehand, and I can't tell if it's even saving my new ones as well. Is it just the PS3's operating system? If so, is there a way to get a picture of my cards without using Imageshack? Any advice would help.

I'm not even sure the PS3 can be considered to have an OS.

Well, the PS3 does have an "Install Different OS" option, but I don't have a copy of a different OS.

 

How would I go about that?
