Welcome to my story it is set just after the first Gx at the start of 5D's

It is about a boy who has just started there and is trying to become a great duelist.

NOTE: this will contain YCM cards

It was a stormy night in Domino city.Astor a thirteen year old was making his way to the entrance exams,there he would join Duel academy.He had packed his deck and clothes and his duel disk.By the time he reached the entrance exams he was drenched in water.He had to take off his black over coat and hang it up on one of the coat racks to let it dry.Astor was small for his age only about 4 ft 8.Astor walked down the long glass corridor.He looked out of one of the windows and saw loads of other duelists taking place in their entrance exam.He knew he wouldnt go through easliy.So Astor walked cautiously down the steps and into the great hall of the netrance exams."All duelists are required to check in befroe dueling"said a voice over the tannloy.He went over to a small desk where a skinny man was sat."Name"asked the man."Oh Astor Freedale sir"replied Astor."Okay you are entrance exam student 14523 this is not a random number that is how many students have tried to join"said the man.

No file attachments. It's annoying.

Use punctuations.

There are loads of annoying mistakes in it.

It's a good idea to show how DA has changed over the years. It's better than: "Jack went to Duel Academy where he was the best Duelist and a good friend of Jaden."

Put your prologue in a spoiler, and each new chapter in another one.

I havent stopped yet just taking a break I will be writing the next bit soon

"Okay so who am I dueling?"asked Astor."Professor Rushdale is your opponent he will meet you at arena twelve"replied the man.Astor paced around the gigantic hall wondering where his opponent was."Ah and you must be Astor Freedale"said a voice behind him.He turned round to see a tall average build man with small beady eyes that seemed to stare straight through him."Uh....yeah....yes I am"answered Astor."Great Let us proceed to the arena"ordered Prof Rushdale.Astor followed the man to a large square arena.There he was equipped with a duel disk and stepped onto the arena.He activated his duel disk and soon after so did Prof Rushdale."Now we will see if you are as good as you look"said the strange teacher.Astor went first."I draw""Now I summon Little Bugbite in defence mode(800) then I place a face down card and end my turn"said Astor.There in front of him appeared a robotic bug the size of Astor himslef and he also saw his face down."Okay I draw""Now I summon Baby blue dragon in attack mode(1500) now destroy his little bug"ordered Mr Rushdale.Now a small baby dragon that was covered in shiny blue scales fired a beam of light at Astors bugbite shortly afterwards Astors cyber monster was history."I end my turn"said Mr Rushdale."I draw"said Astor"Now I play my face down trap card cyber summoning,since you destroyed a machine type monster on my side of the field I can now special summon a monster from my hand""And I choose Grueling cyber driller in attack mode(2200)"said Astor"And since I have'nt normal summoned I summon Baby cyber tyranno also in attack mode(1900) now I activate his effect since there is another machine type monster on the field he gains an extra 100 atk points (2000)"said Astor with more confidence than ever."Now attack his baby blue dragon baby cyber tyranno"ordered Astor beaming with confidence.His monster clawed at the baby dragon and it was soon destroyed.Rushdale(3500)."Now Grueling cyber driller attack him directly"yelled Astor.The humungeos robot drove his massive drill into the ground which caused the ground to rumble and crack towards Mr Rushdale.Soon afterwards Mr Rushdale fell to the ground.Rushdale(1300). "Well impressive but now I am afraid your glory will be short lived"threatened Rushdale."For I summon Juvenile Blue dragon in attack mode(1500),now I activate his effect since there is no other monsters on my side of the field I can now special summon a level 6 or higher monster and I summon Adult Blue dragon also in attack mode(3100)".

"Now Adult Blue dragon attack him directly" "Wait WHAT!!"yelled Astor in suprise. "Oh yes I forgot to mention his ability since there is a monster on the field with Blue dragon in its name my Adult Blue dragon can attack you directly."replied Rushdale.
