Umbra Posted April 25, 2009 Report Share Posted April 25, 2009 Tuning FrogWATERAqua / Tuner2 / 800 / 400If this card would be used for a Synchro Summon, you can double the Level of any Level 2 or lower non-Tuner monster that would be used for the Synchro Summon. Did some outbalancing as well. (A level 1 monster with 1300 ATK? Srsly.) Good support I guess. Link to comment
