Cruel Beast is OP'd, and has terrible OCG. Fix:

When this Defence Position card is destroyed by battle, select 1 face-up monster your opponent controls. Your opponent takes damage equal to the ATK or DEF of the selected monster (whichever is higher).

 

Demon Dragon, on the other hand, is pretty much useless. Reduce the ATK and DEF by 500 apiece, add some advancement effect, and fix OCG:

"Flaming Demon" + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters

This card is also treated as Pyro-Type. This card gains 500 ATK for each non-Tuner monster used in its Synchro Summon.
