• Master Maker = 1000 Points - Infinity

• Elite Maker = 900 Points

• Legendary Maker = 800 Points

• Brutal Maker = 750 Points

• Superior Maker = 600 Points

• Mega Maker = 400 Points

• Super Maker = 300 Points

• Card Maker = 200 Points

• Amateur Maker = 100 Points

• Newbie Maker = 0 Points

I mean, how can I know this guy is only going to accept master YCMers if I don't know how good he is himself? Generally, YCMing skill is equivalent to critiquing skill (the prodigiously empathetic Simon Cowells, of course, are excepted).

Lore :

 

This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 2 DARK monsters you control on the field. When this card is successfully Special Summoned, select 1 Sea-Serpent-Type monster of your opponent's controls and destroy it. By paying 500 Life Points, Once per turn, this card gains 100 ATK. As long this card remains face-up, select 1 DARK monster you control, and change it to Defense Position. When this card is successfully destroyed and sent into the Graveyard, select 1 warrior-Type monster of your opponent's control and sent it into he Graveyard.

Meh. Good enough, though playability is lacking.

Effect: While this card is in your hand and your opponent activates a card effect to destroy a monster(s) on the field, negate the effect and remove from play all cards on the field. Then Special Summon this card and inflict 400 damage to your opponent for each card removed from play by this effect. The original ATK and DEF of this card is equal to the amount of damage inflicted by this effect. If this card is not Summoned by its own effect, its original ATK and DEF become 2400. This card cannot attack during the turn in which it is Summoned. When this card is removed from the field by a card effect, during the End Phase, Special Summon it with the same ATK and DEF as it had when it was removed from the field.

Fix'd OCG:

"When the equipped monster is selected as an attack target, negate the attack and destroy the attacking monster. When the equipped monster or this card is targeted by a card effect, apply that effect to 1 card your opponent controls."

 

It's overpowered; you need some way to get rid of it.

The effect is waaaaaaay too long and broken; I know it's a hard-to-Summon semi-Nomi, but any two Spells from your Deck? Also, your LP costs are laughably low (500 LP for RotA?!), the ATK-increasing effects are useless, and the LP gain is completely insignificant, especially for its ridiculous cost. Your OCG was horrendously outdated, included gratuitous capitalization, and lacked spaces and apostrophes. The stats are far too high. Basically, this card's only redeeming aspects are its title and illustration.
