Ros stared at Kiron confused, he had what seemed to be a full mask so he was a hollow but his Soul cutter suggested an arrancar origin. The only possibility was that he was a vizard but that didn't seem likely. "Curious," Ros muttered under his breath. "Zaraki need me to do anything? Make sure their is no interruptions? "

[Guest]

"She made her decision to come here on here own!" Mateo sonido'd behind Shiro and decked him in the back with a powerful combination of kicks. He was planning to defend Jo from the shinigami that probably planned to kill her if they couldn't return her to normal. After the kick combination the arrancar sonido'd back in front of the shinigami and went for a wicked uppercut to the jaw. "I won't let you take her!"

[Dad]

"You don't have a choice!" Shiro Flash Stepped out of the way and kicked Mateo to the ground, crying out his Zanpaktou's name. "Mokumoku Kitai!" His hands were instantly gripped by the Zanpaktou, and he was ready to feed. He bounced backwards giving his foe the chance to retaliate. "I'll bring her home. We have the technology to turn her to normal!"

 

He drew back, and sent a wave of dense blood at the Arrancar.

[Guest]

"If you think I'm falling for that again your a fool!" Mateo quickly fired a wave a balas through the blood, keeping the wave away from his body. The arrancar quickly unsheathed his zonpaktou and sonido'd to the side of Shiro then took a quick slice followed by a combo of sonidos and flash slashes. After around twelve combos Mateo got out of the shinigami's range, preparing to counter whatever his opponent decided to dish out next.

[Signosis]

Jo sighed as the Whole that had been standing before her...fainted. She caught him gently in her hands and placed her on her 'bed', a nest she made out of blankets.

Then, a familiar reitsu hit her, including the one of her master's. Jo slowly slithered out to a balcony that was connected to the room to watch the fight below her...that seemed to be over her.

She had opened her mouth to scream at them, to spit venom, to do something -- but nothing came out.

So, Jo settled with just watching them, guilt lining every part of her body.

 

Suddenly, the Hollow part decided to take over, and jumped down from the balcony before Jo could protest, slithering towards them, her mouth clamped shut, eyes cold.

[Haitaku]

Sai stood there speechless, the last few minutes were a blur. All he knew was some strange arrancar fighting with the Shinigami. He did not move though, this was not his fight. Not naw at least...

[Zexaeon]

Each of the espada had heard the command given to them. It was time for a show of power.

 

Alexander LeSandro, Merigold Capulet, Lucas Angél, Elena Marquez, Maurice Draul, Morillos Vaan, Megan Alistidor, Guillermo Ammex, and Eric Montigue.

 

The nine members of the Espada, Mateo the only one among them not present, all appeared, one by one, behind Kinf Kiron, some of them taking a moment to look upon their new king in awe.

 

Several of them even brought Fraccion. All of them looked battle-ready. Lucas spoke for the group. "We are ready to fight for you, My Lord."

 

And at that, each and every member let their Reiatsu pour out, creating a crushing pressure to oppress the Shinigami with. "We will not fail you."

 

OOC: Sorry, not up to RPing much today. So I just had the Espada show up, since Kiron called them.

Shiro disbandened himself and sheathed his Zanpaktou. "Perhaps you're right. Perhaps you're all right," he said looking to his father in the skies. "Then I have no time or need for this. You can keep the girl. Frankly, I hope she suffers with you."

 

Shiro bowed, and dismissed himself, heavy with wounds, soaked with blood. "I'll not forget this Mateo," he thought to himself. "The next time, the girl will be in your hands, and your life in mine."

 

He had returned to his father's side, only to be kneeled to the ground by the reiatsu of every Espada which Kiron had commanded.

Zaraki had no choice but to retreat. An unexpected change of events would definitely not favor them, and Zaraki understood that they were outmatched, and outnumbered.

 

Zaraki nodded. "You have a deal. But know this," he slowly turned towards the Senkai gate in which they entered. "We will return, and we will not lose." Zaraki nodded towards the gate, Shiro leaving first, followed by Yoruichi. Zaraki scoffed, and dipped inside, motioning Byakuya and Shina to follow.

As Dura crept away in his chambers, he watched the Shinigami abort their recovery mission, unsurprisingly. "You are doing well, Kiron." His malicious laugh echoed through Hell for miles and miles, as he pondered when and where he would have Kiron strike next, in order to provoke the Shinigami.

 

"I'll draw them from their holes, and have Kiron and his Espada crush them all." He curled his lnog claws inwards, toying with the crystal globe.

[Haitaku]

Sai followed, not realizing why he was left out.

 

"Maybe... Maybe it's because I'm of no help..."

[Dad]

Kiron was overly joyed. "My father is dead, the Kingdom is under my rule, and the Shinigami will never recover Seireitei," he said aloud. "And it is all thanks to you, my ten--" Someone was missing. "Where is the Segunda Espada? I ordered everyone to appear. This type of misconduct will not be tolerated."

 

Kiron scoffed, as the Shinigami retreated. "All of that work for little of nothing, eh Shinigami?" He laughed at their failure. "Don't worry Zaraki Kenpachi," he called. "I'm sure that eventually you will be able to at least stand against my reiatsu." Kiron sealed his curling Zanpaktou and stared down at his throne.

 

"This kingdom is ours," he said dismissing his Espada. "And soon enough, all of Soul Society."

[Zexaeon]

Lucas chuckled, one of his rare genuine smiles appearing on his face as he greeted his new leader personally. "Lord Kiron, you'll have to excuse Mateo - he was dealing with some Shinigami trash who had managed to get a little further in. The dog ran away though, just as expected, no match for a Snake. Mateo should be along any time now." he explained.

 

It was then that Alexander LeSandro, The Primera Espada, approached Kiron. His wild red hair stuck off in multiple directions around his head, a powerful-looking jaw-bone mask on the left of his face. He seemed lithe, wiry-muscled, ad yet at the same time, truly oppressive. His reiatsu, more than any other Espada's, was full of such killing intent...it was as if the air he walked in was on fire.

 

He turned his golden eyes upon the new king, looking him firmly in his own eyes for a solid minute. Finally, he too smiled. "I see into your eyes, Lord Kiron, and indeed I am satisfied with what I see. You will not disappoint us like your father did."

 

He then turned upon the rest of the Espada, as well as a huge group of Hollow who had heard of the change in command and had begun to gather. "Lord Kiron is our leader now." Alexander announced with resolution and deadly conviction. "Anyone who opposes his rule wil be personally dealt with by me."

 

The Hollow were visibly frightened - Alexander was no secret. He had been the Primera Espada even under he old King's rule. The Hollow and Arrancar all looked to one another, clearly torn.

 

After a few moments, a cry filled the air. "All hail Lord Kiron!" the army cheered, clarly not stupid enough to oppose him.

"But Captain, how could we just run away like that?!" Shina cried in desperation, begging for an explanation for such a cowardly move. "After everything that happened, after Urahara's injury, after Ichigo's death, we finally make it inside, just to retreat?"

 

"That's enough, Shina." Byakuya flat-lined. "Any further, and I'll treat your words asinsubordination. We retreated, Lieutenant, because it was an unwinnable battle. As you yourself just said, Shina, what good would it do us if we died despite the sacrafices others have made?"

 

Shina kept her mouth shut, but continued to glare. 'Jo...I knew you were there. I can still feel you...the thread...' she thought to herself, clutching her heart. Experimentally, she pushed a little bit of her reiatsu into where she knew she could feel a tie...

 

Ever since waking up, something had been strange. She hadn't felt completely there. Her body was her's, her mind was her's, her movements were her's, and yet...it felt like part of her just wasn't there. And it felt like she could feel something invisible constantly tied to her chest. She pushed her Reiatsu into where she could feel that now....and felt it vanish.

 

Is it true...? she asked herself.

In the Seireitei, inside the small building that a Snake Hollow now called home, a bit of reiatsu seemed to come out of nowhere, and pressed itself into her chest.

[Signosis]

Jo gasped in surprise, feeling the reitsu against her chest. She instantly clutched it, staring at it in surprise and wonderment.

Then, suddenly, the image of Shina popped into her vision. Jo closed her eyes and bowed her head, wanting the image and the reitsu to stay, but they slowly disappeared.

 

"SHINA!" Jo screamed out at the gateway that had just closed, leading them back to Karakura. A Hollow scream erupted from her, along with her own as she clutched her head.

//She's not taking the shinigami leaving well, hopefully over time she will get over things like that a bit easier.// The espada had quickly sonido'd in front of Kiron, kneeling as soon as he got in front of the new king. "I'm sorry about my lateness sir, a shinigami got a little farther in then expected and i got a bit.... carried away." The reitsu of his new king was quite powerful as he sensed before but Mateo was more impressed with Kiron's form. //He is easily a better king then his worthless father.//

[Haitaku]

Sai looked up at Shina's outburst, but continue running without a word. He didn't care whether or not he died fighting, he was of no use anyway.

[Dad]

"I see," Kiron said looking before Mateo. "I respect your decision, Mateo. For now, we will hold here and give the Shinigami a chance to recover. I want to kill them when they are in top condition. And Mateo, I want you and Eric to keep watch over the Shinigami," Kiron chuckled, using Sonido to appear before his own throne.

 

He began to fixate his mind, as he planned for their future. "One month Shinigami, and then, you will perish." Kiron sat in his chair, crossing his legs. "The Segunda Espada worries me," he thought. "I'll have to place a close eye on him."

Zaraki heavily walked back to Urahara's basement, with many mixed emotions running through his head. Anger, frustration, failure, and even worry. He wouldn't allow this to go on without a whim. Yachiru dashed to Zaraki, bracing him with a giant hug. "Why are you back so soon Ken-chan?" she asked quietly.

 

He chuckled. "Well little lady, there's been a change in power in Seireitei, and a change in plans." He picked her up and gathered everyone around. Looking mostly to Yoruichi and Byakuya, he gave a long awaited statement.

 

"I've been told it was impossible for me," he said with his head high. "But regardless, I plan to learn Shikai." Yoruichi frowned. She glared him truthfully in the eye, "Kenpachi, I really don't think you can. Besides, with the rest of us at your side, you won't need it." Zaraki only chuckled.

 

Shiro however, didn't think it was funny. He blew past the group and limped to the infirmary. "I have failed for the last time," he thought aloud, kicking the bed as he sat down. While Zaraki was outside, Urahara was still sleeping, and there was no one to notice a silent an unexpected ally to approach.

 

"Still the silent brat, eh Shiro?" His sharp blond hair wasn't exactly unnoticable, and his face resembled that of an angry shop keeper who just had his products stolen. Amago Masutchiapproached Shiro from the basement. He was upset, but only because he had missed the brief action. "Can't believe I wasn't there to help," he said. He straightened up, and smiled at Shiro.

 

Shiro still was not speaking. "Oh come on," Amago said. "You can't expect to win them all. But once youhave that eye of yours under control, you should be fine." The blue shard in Shiro's left eye sparkled as the light hit it, then reflecting the light to Amago's own yellow shard, embedded in his Zanpaktou's teeth.

 

"Oh, sorry, this is my Zanpaktou, Ryuu." He addressed his Zanpaktou's spirit with immense pride and care. "And Shiro, don't go getting soft on me. You're a Kenpachi, and I don't expect to hear your father say you're not worthy of his name." Amago sat down next to him. "I'll help you get that shard out of your eye, okay? I promise." Shiro nodded, shaking his hand.

Name: Amago Masutuchi

 

Appearance: His short blond hair typically only covers his ear and grazes his left eye, but he has aquired glasses to keep hair fromhis eyes (refusing to cut it). He is usually shirtless in battle, because he doesn't see the point in allowing his opponent to tear up his Captain's jacket. A draconic scar on his left arm was made when he first did battle with his Zanpaktou's spirit, and he wears it proudly. His jacket sleeves are cut, to display his "tatoo" (referring to the scar).

 

Bio: Amago Masutuchi was a previous 10th Squad Third Seat, who vanished only 6 months before the invasion of Seireitei, and Hitsugaya's death. After aquiring his Bankai, he returned to the Seireitei to challenge Hitsugaya, who was at the time, bed ridden with a fatal disease. He took Hitsugaya's word to display the power of a Captain proudly and that he did. He was believed dead when the invasion happened, only his hat remaining at the scene of the crime.

 

Zanpaktou: Ryuu (Dragon Spirit). When called upon his Zanpaktou writhes madly and curls it's head to a violent shape of a dragon's head. It moves like that of a snake, but is much stronger in grip. It can easily overwhelm the opponent when it raises it's head for it's special technique, Dragon's Flare. It blinds the opponent temporarily and burns into their skin with the heat of 1000 degrees, leaving heavy damage, but at a major reiatsu cost.

 

Bankai: King Dragon Spirit. Ryuu becomes as bright as the moon, and freezes whatever it touches, except it's master. In this state, Amago has breater control over Ryuu's movements (more precision per say), and Ryuu is covered in icy silver scales. Dragon's Flare becomes Dragon's Frozen Imprisonment, and the flick of this attack, Ryuu opens it's mouth and eyes wide, and anyone in front of it at the moment is paralyzed temporarily, while large, jagged spikes of ice close around them, burning them as they approach (like dry ice). If the imprisonment technique is successful (granting thatthe paralysis holds for a needed amoutn of time), the enemy is forced to endure the searing pain, all while the ice spikes grow, and pierce them inside of the trap. Ryuu may also fling smaller ice shards, like daggers.

After Kiron had left, Alexander had turned his violent glare upon Mateo. "You." he said to the arrancar, who's head was still bowed with Kiron's sudden departure.

 

"You disgust me." He stated. "To think that you would be promoted to the level of Segunda Espada, fresh after creation, but could not even handle a pathetic Shinigami of that level." Alexander approached Mateo, sending a mighty kick into the arrancar's chin, reeling him through the air.

 

"Your promotion was of no importance to me. But it became important when you displayed such a pathetic aptitude for combat. That officer was little more than a whelp, the type that the Segunda should have managed to accomplish in seconds. Draw your sword."

 

The Espada were all looking upon their Primera with surprise now. "Alexander, what are you-?"

 

"Be quiet, Lucas." Alexander responded. "I am going to see if this arrancar you've been coddling is worth Kiron's attention. If he is truly deserving, there should be no cause for worry, am I correct?"

 

Lucas's mouth went flat as he thought about the situation. It would be pointless to try and stop the Espada's leader. He was dead set on testing Mateo. "Well? Hurry and draw. If you don't, you'll die."

[Guest]

//Greh..... I gotta fight the only Espada ranked above me just because I didn't want to fit at full power against a puny shinigami.// Mateo glared at Alexander, unsheathing his Zonpaktou. "If thats all you have Alexander then your a bit soft for the Primera Espada!" The Segunda Espada released his stored reitsu, allowing to crash down on his opponent like a snake jumping it's pray. Wiping the small bit of dirt of his cheek, Mateo waited for Alexander to make his next move.

[Zexaeon]

Alexander took in the reiatsu of his enemy, his golden eyes sizing him up in the process. "I'm not impressed." he answered. "This will be enough." he stated, raising his hand. "I don't need my blade to trump you."

 

The Espada launched himself forward, cutting through the oppressive Reiatsu with ease as his hand went diving like a blade toward his opponent's chest, his eyes glowing with ferosity.

[Guest]

Mateo smirked as his arms turned into snakes, each rearing their mouths towards Alexander. "Predictable." The arrancar had ceros charging in each of the snakes, which soon fired off in a rapid fire motion before Alexander could get into "striking" range. //If he gets through this move I still have twenty other tactics until I run out of tricks and by then he should realize that I deserve my spot.//

[Zexaeon]

The ceros were on a direct course for the arrancar - he had no room to dodge. Unfortunately, he had no intention of doing so. He stopped mid-charge, simply holdig his hand out. The ceros collided with his hand then as he sent them flinging behind him (leaving a wake of destruction where they landed).

 

"Such a simple attack will not work against me. Who do you think you're dealing with?" he asked, his tone laden with ridicule. "You could at least pretend you know what you're doing."

 

Lucas stepped forward. "Alexander, he's still new as an arrancar. He doesn't have the full grasp of his abilities yet!"

 

"Why are you so intent on defending him?" The Primera asked dully. He then pointed his fingers at Mateo, his expression quickly losing interest. "Lets se how you handle my Cero. Don't dodge now - I'd like to see you deflect it."

 

Lucas frowned - Alexander was planning on starting low and then going higher, wasn't he? He always did this. First would come the weak Cero, then the stong one, then he would keep going higher until his opponent was overwhealmed.

 

This could only go badly. "Alexander, if he can deflect three of you ceros, will you stop this?" Megan, the Octava suddenly piped up. She looked quite flustered.

 

Alexander grinned at her. "For you, my dear, I suppose I could that. Well, here's number one." he announced, firing his weak cero at Mateo.

[Signosis]

Jo had stopped screaming and calmed down after awhile, staring at the ground depressingly.

 

"Shiro said...that he had something to bring me back." Jo murmured, hope rising in her chest, exactly where Shina's reitsu was.

Don't be a fool! The Hollow screamed. Once a Hollow, forever a Hollow unless otherwise.

 

"Says you. But I hate being alone, and you know that, my Hebi," Jo said with a grin, and anger overwhelmed her body, but not her mind. She was about to slither back into the palace, but stopped, due to feeling her Master's reitsu. "I wonder what's going on...?"

 

Let's go check it out. The Hollow muttered. Since we have nothing better to do.

 

Jo slithered quickly to the spot where Mateo and a new face she hadn't seen, fighting. Quitely slithering up behind the group, she watched them with mild interest, but slight fear for her Master.

 

"What's going on?" Jo adressed one of them; it didn't matter who spoke, she wasn't looking at them at the moment.

Mateo sheathed his zonpaktou and allowed the cero to hit him in the chest, absorbing the weak blow. //Even if he does hit me with a high powered Cero I still have my Hyper Armor trick which should make the Cero bounce or hurt less if not.// The espada started to focused his reitsu into his skin, preparing for the next two ceros. "Take your best shot Alexander." Mateo noticed Jo out of the corner of his eye, seeing that she was interested in what was going on. //Poor girl, she will realize soon that she is better off as one of us then if she was still a Shinigami.//

[Zexaeon]

"Well done. Here comes number two." he announced calmly, pressing an insanely high amount of Reiatsu into his fingertips as he charged a truly immense Cero.

 

Lucas twitched. "Going to that level on just the second blast?"

 

Alexander paid him no mind. "I do hope you're prepared."

 

With that, the cero was launched, a brilliant violet stream scorching through the air. Nearby, several buildings were set aflame simply by the presure.

[Dad]

"Damn it Alexander," Kiron said laughing. "You're going to burn down all of Seireitei at this rate." Kiron placed himself into the battle field, watching his two Espada go on senselessly. "Hmm." He approached Mileya quietly.

 

"So, what's Alexander up to then?" He said grinning. "I do hope Mateo doesn't die. I was actually starting to like him."
