Demon this is the second time that you have been acting stupid a third time you will be temporarily banned from this club. If it wasn't for the United States your poor little country would probably still be under British control.

Canada was a colony of France for a good period of time, a little before the American Revolution there was the French and Indian war for the Mississippi-Ohio River Valley. Britain was the victor of the war and won Canada from the French during the war 1812, between the U.S. and Britain after a bit. The British were able to hold a defense with Canada, blah blah after several rebellions Canada was able to gain freedom from the British. I don't feel like looking up how.
