(Not sure if this the right place for this but...) Tails card

Ok before i make this into a card, i thought i'd run it by with the written cards folk to see if you could help me with my OCG and possibly how the effect is written....

 

so here goes...

 

When this card destroys a Machine- Type Monster, you may add 1 "Flicky Counter" to this card. When this card has 4 "Flicky counters" on it you may tribute this card and its counters to Special Summon 1 "Super Tails" from your hand, Deck or Graveyard.

Type? Attribute? level? ATK? DEF?

 

Also, I see how your trying to make this accurate to Sonic 3D Blast.

And Tails doesnt become 'super', Just by getting flickys.

 

Tails only really becomes "super" when Sonic becomes Super, And then Tails just gets like a random barrier-type thing(Sonic Heros ftw?)

i already have the other stats for the card sorted, i was just hoping that i could find someone to help me with the effect as i'm not sure if i have worded it correctly and i would like the OCG to be corrected where needed (i am not that good at writing effects with good OCG).

 

The idea came from sonic 3 and knuckles (super tails had 4 flickies that circled him and destroyed stuff) but i didnt want to create another ritual card so that tails could transform, and so i descided to try and make an effect to get to the super tails result via a different route.
