Episode 1 - Genetic Dragons vs. Cyber Dragons

 

 

The “Genetic Perfection End Dragon” stood above the man. Darkness shrouded the world around the duelists and the pale white dragon rose above the two boys into the vast void that seemed to be emanating straight from it. “Now,” Started the Duelist in the Black Robe, “’Genetic Perfection End Dragon’! Use Paralyzing Endless Silence Blast!” With that the huge monstrous beast let out a terrifying roar that unleashed a spectacle of light and raw power. “Go defend me red Eyes!” Cried the opponent for whom the great blast was directed at.

A giant black dragon, large by standards of man but nothing in comparison to the attacking monster, flew into the path of the blast. Seconds past, it was over, the smoke cleared and the earth and sky settled, The monsters were gone. All that remained was the two boys that had called the commands. “You lose.” Said the First boy, “It is such a shame that the great Joey’s Red Eyes Black Dragon is now mine! I really expected so much more in terms of a challenge. I guess you were just another waste of time. “But.. But…” Joey stuttered in reply. “What, did you actually think that I, the greatest duelist of all time could lose to you? That I, Robero Diminki could lose to such a pathetic excuse of a human being.”

Robero bent down and took the card that laid at Joey’s feet. Slowly he turned and walked away. “But.. But… I am Joey the second place winner of Duelist kingdom!”. Robero turned and smirked… “Fool that is why you lost, your living in ancient History!” an evil laugh ensued as a black cloud opened up behind Joey and steadily consumed him.

 

Meanwhile…

“Jaden… You know how you can see spirits of monsters?” asked Zane.

“Yeah I guess, Zane. Why?” Jaden Replied.

“Because I think that I might be able to also. I don’t mean to the extent you do but I saw my Cyber Dragons in my dream last night and they were in pain. I think that something is wrong with them”

“Wow that serious!”

“Hey Zane!” Cried Syrus, his little brother as he ran up to the two men standing in the courtyard of the duelist academy school.

“What is it little brother?”

“Hey Sy!”

“Zane, I just heard about your next duel!”

“What duel?”

“You haven’t heard?”

“No!”

“Well Some hot shot duelist is coming here to challenge you to a duel! Everyone is calling it the showdown of the Cyber Dragons!”

“What” exclaimed Zane and Jaden at the same time

“Yea,” Syrus continued, “This hot shot uses Cyber dragons just like you! But he doesn’t care about them like you do! He uses them to unlease much more powerful cyber Dragon forms, More powerful then Cyber End and even more powerful then Cyber Dark. He is some sort of Genetics man that claims to unlock the potential of all machine type monsters. He brings them to life!”

“Wow,” Jaden began, “I think this might have something to do with your dream”

“What do you mean?”

“You said the Cyber Dragons were in pain, what if they weren’t your Cyber Dragons but his, In pain, being mistreated”

“I think you may be right Jaden, Syrus when is the duel?”

“In an hour!”

“Lets go!”

 

“Are you ready Baby boy?” Robero asked

“Who are you calling Baby?” Zane replied

“I hope you are more of a challenge seeing as you use the same cards I do!”

“Your wrong, I use the Cyber Dragons as they are, I don’t believe they need to be altered!”

“Well then Lets let the Duel Decide!”

“So be it!”

“I’ll Start things off,” Robero Began, “Terrific! I am going to start off by summoning “Proto Cyber Dragon”! Then I will lay three cards face down! Your move!” Just as it was said a small cybernetic dragon appeared in front of the eager duelist and cawed out a small roar.

“My Turn, I summon Cyber Dragon! And that’s not all! I play “Polymerization” fusing the two cyber dragons in my hand to summon Twin Headed Cyber Dragon. Now Cyber Dragon Attack Proto Cyber Dragon!” With that command the first of the cyber dragon monsters unleased a consintrated sonic blast toward the smaller weaker dragon. “Not so fast! I activate Active Genetics! This card allows me to send Proto Cyber Dragon to the Grave Yard and summon Cyber Dragon, also I end you turn like that!” The beam from the first dragon ended and the weaker dragon disappeared and a duplicate of the original cyber dragon appeared across from it.

“My turn!” Robero said as he drew his card!, Alright! I summon Genetic Powered Archfiend! But that’s not all, next I play Genetic Monstrosity. This card allows me to sacrafise Genetic Powered Archfiend and summon another Cyber Dragon. Next I play another Active Genetics to sacrafise a Cyber Dragon to summon another Cyber Dragon. And that ends my turn.” With that the powerful fiend monster that had appeared on the field was consumed by the next Cyber Dragon as soon it was demolished for another same dragon.

“You wont ward me off this time!” Zane cried. “Oh No I play Roar of Thunder. Making you skip the battle phase!” Robero cried. “Whatever,” Zane pouted, “I play Defusion splitting my Twin Cyber Dragon into two separate Dragons bringing my count up to three while yours is still at 2! Next I summon Cyber Dark Horn! And attach it with Meteor dragon.!” Again another Cyber Dragon appeared beside a dark monster with a dragon in its clutches.

“Oh you possess the Cyber Darks as well! How quaint. But now you will realize my power! I summon Genetic Ace Kyozaky! And with that say hello to another Genetic Monstrosity! Allowing me to sacrafise this genetic inferior to special summon a Cyber Dragon! And if you think that is it just wait! Now I play real Dragons! Allowing me to unlock the genetic potential of the Cyber Dragons! I would now like to welcome my best friend! Genetic Perfection End Dragon. With an attack force of 7500 this duel will be over next turn!”

Anyway continueing the story...

 

"...7500 this duel will be over next turn!"

Zane stared in amazment at the lumbering giant that towered over him and his monsters. "Surprised Zaney?" Robero Asked, "Have you ever seen what Cyber Dragons Can Really Be? It took me some time to see what it ment to be perfect, But this monster showed me the way! And soon it will show you the way!"

"Cocky Aren't we?" Zane Scoffed, "My move! First I draw... Then I Activate Power Bond Fusing my 3 Cyber Dragons to form "Cyber End Drago"! And thats not all Power Bond's effect takes place increasing my monster's strength to 9000! More than enough to kill your little baby!" With that a giant 3 headed Cyber Powered Dragon appeared. Though it was not as big as it's Genetic Counterpart, the effect of the spell increased its attack to more then plenty. "Go Now my Cyber End Dragon Attack!"

"Are You Sure you want to do that? It could come back to Haunt you!"

"You're Bluffing!"

"Fine, I activate my Face-Down! Go Rapid Genetic evolution!"

"What is that doing?"

"Well, Zane, to put it simply, Stopping your Monster!" With his comment the Oncomming Cyber End Dragon Stopped and Shattered by a swipe of the Genetic Dragon's Claw.

"Wh-Whaat Happened?" Zane Exclaimed

"Well Rapid Genetic Evolution automatically makes Everymonster on the feild a Genetic-Type monster and increase all monsters attaack by 1000 as long as i give up 2000 life points. But, the beauty of it all is that "Power Bond" only works on machine monsters, so your genetic dragon's attack was set at 4500, while mine boosted to 8500. So Baby boy what are you going to do, you have 2000 life points left, I have 3000! I have the most pwerful monster ever made and you have a Horn!" Robero Began to laugh, "Oh and it is now my turn!"

"Did you forget your monster's effect?" Zane smirked, "You have to give up 3000 Life points for your monster to exist! I win!"

"Please, you think i would over look that? Now i Play Genetic Disease - Bubonic Plauge! While this card is face-up i can tribute one monster to special summon another monster from my fusio deck and all it cost me is 2000 Life Points!...... So now i sacrafise my Genetic Perfection Dragon to special summon "Genetikalasaur!". This card will be what hands me victory!"

It was almost as a ballet was in motion as the Powerful 3 headed beast that had terrorized Zane and his monsters faded away into nothing. Finally a Great Alligator/Dinosaur best rose in the very spot where Genetic Perfection End Dragon had Stood.

"Zane, you faced my most powerful card, now you face my favorite!" Robero Cried! "Genetikalasaur! Deffense Mode!"

"What are you trying to pull?"

"What do you mean?"

"You sacrafise a monster with 7500 Attack points for one with 0?"

"Youshould know by now Zaney, Genetic monster live off their effects!"

"So what does this one do?"

"Genetikalasaur is a special Genetic-Type monster. First i discard 20 cards from my deck to the graveyard. That leaves me with about 5 cards. And if Genetikalasaur is on the feild when i deck out, You loose, not me!"

"What!"

"So make your move boy, Cause in 5 turnd you loose!"

"Fine! I draw," Zane Began, "I play CyberDark Reunion! This is how it works, if i have a CyberDark monster on the feild with over 2000 attack points i can summon 2 more Cyber Dark monsters from my Deck! So I summon The CyberDarks Keel and Edge! Then I play Magical Gift, which allows me to play a spell card from my graveyard! And i Activate PowerBond! Fusing my CyberDark Monsters together to Form CyberDark Dragon! Now i attatch Cyber End Dragon to my beast boosting its power to 5500. Thats not all don't forget the effct of powerbond, boosting my monster's points to 11000! But thats not all! I activate Fairy meteor Cruch which if I attack a Deffense position monster you loose the difference! this match is over!"

"How quickly tou forget," Robero Began! "My monster has effects! and my trap cards! You are some novice aren't you? Well i activate my 3 facedown cards, Legacy of Yata Garasu! and in the memory of this spirit i draw 3 cards! That reduces my deck count to 2! But that isn't all I activate Genetikalasaur's 2nd effect, when he is targeted for attack, i can discard the top card from my deck to negate the attack! So i discard the top card from my deck to the graveyard. And well, now you can't attack, and i only have one card left in my deck!"

"Noo" Zane Exclaimed

"Yess, it is over and you can't do anything about it! I draw and i activate Jar of Greed! I deck out and that is it boy! You loose!"

 

Zane's points dropped to 0 and the monsters on the feild disapeared. "Don't cry!" Robero laughed, "Look i am even going to give you a card, Here is Genetic Perfection End Dragon! You can increase your mediocre deck's power by using this card!"

"Bu-bu-b"

"No no there is no need to thank me, I think i would Cry! By Zaney Boy!"

"Zane!" Cried JAden and Cyrus

"I lost" Zane moped

"Thats alright," Jaden assured him, "We all fall down sometime!"

"Yeah Look at me" Cyrus interjected.

"Hey Robero! I challange you! Me and My E-Heros Vs. you and your Genetikalasaur!" Jaden Exclaimed

"Do you know what your getting into boy?" Robero Replied!

"I'll Take you on too" Cyrus again interjected

"Fine a 2 on 1 match me and my genetic monsters vs. you and your worthless monsters! I mean neither of you even have Cyber Dragons, what is the point really!"

"Wait," Zane Exclaimed, "Cyrus, take these" Zane handed Cyrus the 3 Cyber Dragons from his deck, "And Jaden take these" Zane Handed the 3 CyberDark Monsters to Jaden! "Beat him!" Zane fainted

 

"We Do Now" Jaden Stated

"Fine! Time for the final showdown between real power and amature robotics!"

Episode 2 - Cyber Born Power: Return of the Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon

 

Robero I draw! Great Hand! I play "Razor Blade Dragon" in Attack Mode! Then I play "Sloppy Seconds"!

Alloing me to Special Summon 2 more "Razor Blade Dragon"s. Now with 3 "Razor Blade Dragon"s on the feild they each increase their attack to 2700! But that isn't all! I play "CyberDark Motion"!

now when all trap cards are useless! You are already going to loose!"

"Not so Fast!" Jaden Called, "It is my move now! I draw. Now I Summon Elemental Hero Avian! Next I play "Card Destruction" making us all discard our hands and draw untill our hand equals the number of cards we discarded! So I draw 5 cards! Next I'll Activate "SkyScrapper"! Now while this card is on the feild my E. Heros gain 1000 Attack points when fighting a monster stronger than them! So Avian gets a boost to 2000! But now i activate "Polymerization" Allowing me to fuse Avian with the Burstinatrix in my hand! Come on out "Elemental Hero Flame WingMan"! Now with 2100 original attack, skyscrapper boost my hero to 3100! Go E. Hero Wingman Destroy RazorBlade Dragon!"

"Jaden!" Cyrus called, "You can't attack, this is like a 2 on 2 duel! Only the last person can attack, and thats me!"

"Oh.... Oopps!" Jaden stumbled.

"This is going to be easier then i thought" Robero scoffed.

"I'll Just end my turn then!"

"My move!" Cyrus called out, "Ha, This is great I am going to Special Summon my brother's Cyber Dragon! Then I am going to Normal Summon my Submarineroid! Since Cyber Dragon doesn't have the strength to take out any one of those Razor Blade Dragons I am going to activate my Submarineroid's effect! Go submurible torpedo!" Doing 800 points of Direct Damage to your LifePoints!"

Robero: "Well then I guess it is my move! and I am going to Show you how to really use the CyberDark monsters! Genetically!!!!"

"... Genetically!!!! I draw. Great, Watch the world around you change! First up is the spell card "Call to Arms". This lets me summon 2 non-machine monsters from my hand to the feild in deffense position. So now say hello to "King Archfiend" and "Zyozaky"!"

"Jay!" Cyrus quivered, "He has five monsters and we have 2!"

"Don't worry Cy!" Jaden reassured him, "We'll be fine!"

"That is what you think! Now i play "Genetic Malfunction"! Destroying all monster that aren't machines! So say good bye to Flame Wingman! so what do you think now Cyrus? You have a Cyber Dragon and i have nothing! But wait, i now take in "Genetic Malfuntion"'s greatest effect, i gain LP equal to the Attack of the onsters destroyed by this effect! Increasing me by 12900 Life Points! Hahaha! But that isn't all i have planned for you! Go forth my "Genetic Duplicatiuon" Spell Card! Allowing me to sacrafise 2700 Life Points to special summon 2 monsters from my hand as long as they are Genetic! Go forth and destroy my "Genetic Powered Archfiend" and "Genetic Fiend Zyozaky!". These monsters can't attack this turn but they don't need to! Cause i play "Retrigger"! Deducting 2000 Points from Jaden!

"My move!" Jaden exclaimed, " I summon Elemental Hero Clayman in deffense mode. I lay 3 face-downs and end my move!"

"Lets see," Cyrus went on, "I summon Drillroid! Next I play polymerization summoning Jumbo Drillroid. I end my turn with "Mechanized Destruction"! Sending my Roid to the graveyard and placing a Mechanized coffin on the feild! Now Cyber Dragon! Attack Genetic Fiend Zyozaky!" The monsterous fiend on Robero's feild explided in a display of light and chaos.

"Great going Cy!" Jaden Called!

"Not good enough!" Robero Finished, "I play the Spell Genetic Devistation! allowing me to remove 5 genetic monsters from play that wait in my deck. That removes all cards on the feild from play for 1 turn! but now again i can't attack! But no matter! I play Corrosion, Sending the top 5 cards of my deck out of play. Now i gain 500 LPoints and i get to summon another "Genetic Powered Archfiend". (robero - 25900) That is it for now, oh wait now that traps are fair game without "CyberDark Motion" on the feild i lay this card down!"

Jaden, "I play "Card of Scrutiny" allowing me to draw 6 cards! Now i play Simple Ignition in combonation with Miricle Fusion! So now say Hello to my old pal "elemental Hero Flam Wingman"! But thats not all, Simple ignition says when i summon a fire monster i can summon another from my deck! So say hello to the powerful and beautiful Burstinitrix! Now the cost of Simple Ignition is that i can not attack either so it up to you Cy!"

Cyrus, "Me... O.K. I draw! And this is the card i needed! I play dimensional fusion! To return my cards that were removed from play! Next i open the Coffin to reveal 2 more Cyber Dragons bringing me up to 3! Next i play Power Bond! Say hello to the most prized monster in my brother's deck! Go Cyber End Dragon! Ad with 9000 Attack it will whipe your Archfiend off the face of the planet. But we can win!"

Jaden, "Really Cy, we can!"

Cyrus, with a tint of darkness in his voice, "Yes Jaden we can!"

Jaden, "Yo Buddy what is wrong with your voice?"

Dark Cyrus, "What do you mean?"

Robero, "He has been tainted by the power of the monster he now weilds, he was not ready for such power! hahahahahahaha, not only that but i can see the CyberDarks in your deck ready to jump you for the power hungry boy next to you! see i told you Cyber Monsters are evil and unless you have no desire to win, you can't!"

Dark Cyrus, "I feel good Jaden, Real Good! I play Dark Cyber Tribute! I sacrafise Flame Wingman to increase my monsters attack by 2100 but thats not all, say hello to both limiter removal and megamorph, quadropaling my monsters power!"

Jaden, "that means that Cyber end is at 46000"

Robero, "Yes Jaden adn now as we speak the Cyrus you know if falling into the shadow of the real monster here, The Cyber Dragon's Shadow! Even if you win now, Cyrus will never be the same!"

Jaden, "What?"

Zane, "Oh-No what have i done?"

Dark Cy, "Go End Dragon Destroy Genetic Archfiend and win this match!"

Changing what was here, i just wasn't feeling it!

Episode 2: "Genetic or Cyber; Choice of Life"

 

The largest monster that had ever graced cyrus' deck launched toward the man that simply refused to even flinch at the monsterous beast. "What do you think that thing can do?" Robero Called out in a sarcastic tone "Did you forget my trap? I activate it now." with that the card that had been still in front of robero lifted and exposed itself. "Sakuretsu Armor" now i will watch your monster perish to the grave!" large iron like spikes began springing from the ground and engulfing the "Cyber End Dragon" that had been attacking. The chains tightened. And shattered the large monster, Cyrus fell to the ground.

"...i...I...I....I end my turn"

"I thought as much, you are nothing but the most pathetic thing i have ever laid eyes on. You can not even compare to your brother. Ha, I am sure that by now you even forgot what Powerbond is going to do to you!" Robero began to laugh, he was right because as his laugh continued a large burst of electrical energy sprang from cyrus' duel disk. "AHHHH" he cried as his points plumited. (Cyrus - 3500)

"Are you alright Cy?" Jaden called from where he stood reaching out to his friend.

"Sorry Jay" Cyrus weakly coughed, "I don't think i can keep in this duel! Robero, don't think you win just yet though!"

"Wha- what?!" Jaden exclaimed. as he looked at his friend as he activated a spell card from his hand.

"Go on Jaden, I wasn't ready for the Cyber Dragons but i think you will be! I activate "Exchange of the Spirit". Confused Robero, this is how it works, i sacrafise all my life points to increase Jaden's Life points by the same amount. But that isn't all! My card also allows me and jaden to switch graveyards!" And like he said large lights shewn from his and his friends duel disks, and Cyrus' life points dropped to zero as jaden's increased. Cyrus then fainted.

"Cy!!! I wont let this happen for nothing! I am gonna beat this guy!" Jaden swore

(Jaden - 9500 Robero - 25400)

"hahahahahahaha" Robero scoffed at the friends, "Jaden how do you plan to do that? huh. Your friend couldn't handle the power of the CyberDragons and Zane could barely handle the CyberDark Dragons, do you honestly think you can?!"

"Robero! I don't need the Cybers to win this duel cause next turn you will see the most powerful monster that my deck can produce, because of Cyrus' sacrafise i will summon the monster that has never failed me!"

Robero, "To bad, you wont make it that long, its my turn!" Robero drew a card from his deck, "I activate this card, Primevil Greed!" with that a large beast looking pot rose from the ground, the post resembled the pot of greed but looked so much more sinister. "This card lets me draw 5 cards if i discard my hand. Since i have no hand now I think i'll just draw!" Robero continued to pick up cards from his deck. "MWUHA hahaha" Robero Scorned, "You will lose, I play Genetic playing feild!" A large Blueeyes statue rose from the ground. "Now when i sacrafise a monster from my fusion deck i can summon 1 Genetic-Type monster that has the same name. So i will sacrafise CYBERDARK DRAGON!!!"

The giant monster that Jaden had only seen in Zane's deck rose next robero and then shortly disapeared into the now glowing Blue-Eyes White Dragon statue. The clouds around Jaden began to churn.

"What happening" Jaden Called

Kuriboh's spirit sprang from Jaden's deck and began to quiver at the sight of the earth splitting and the sky tearing. "This... This is what my deck can really do Jaden! Say hello to the most powerful monster ever produced by Duel Monsters. Go now and destroy my fabled "Ultimate Black Dragon of Chaos"!

A large monster lowered from the sky that had been ripped, it was a terrible sight. The monster had 3 black heads mounted on the blackest body ever seen. It had wings that rivaled the size the dual academy and a roar that rose from its vocal chords like the screams of those from hell.

Robero stared crazily at Jaden. "This monster is genetic perfection! it was forged from the same melting pot that created the Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon! Fusing together the CyberDark monsters along with 3 Red Eyes Black Dragons, the ancient people of this world created evil incarnate! The perfect killing machine!"

The monster finished its decent from the heavens and landed whith a crakling thud on the ground. "Of course now," Robero continued, "I can't summon this guy for nothing. I have to pay 10000 Life points!"

Robero's points began to drop as Jaden stood, paralyzed by fear staring at the oncomming beast. Winged Kiriboh cowered behind Jaden's head crying out as loud as it could.

Jaden gained the courage to speak to the owner of the dark beast, "Wh-What does it -it -it do?"

"I'll Show you" Robero said "Emerge now glorious Grand Light beast "BLUE EYES ULTIMATE DRAGON"

through the darkness that now consumed the feild a peircing,light be gan to shine from Robero! and a giant white dragon looking offly like a combination of the Cyber End Dragon and the Statue that Robero had played few minutes ago rose to the feild.

"You See Jaden, with the power of darkness surging through my beast's vains i must tribute a powerful dragon to let it have full life. Watch now go my Ultimate Darkness, take in the Ultimate Light!" The Black dragaon moved toward the BEWUD and began to consume it. the Light dragon let out a horrorifing cry. Jaden watched as the most butiful creature he had ever seen was devoured by the dark beast.

"If you don't do something soon my beast will do the same thing to you! Now my monster has 6500 attack. but that isn't all! I remove all monsters in my graveyard from play to increase my monsters attack by 12000. now with 185000 Attack you can not win, Now Attack BLACK CYCLONE OF VOIDS"

The giant beast opened its mouth and let out a horrifing scream. As it began to draw power for its attack Robero called "Come on Jaden, cringe in fear or something! I thought you were going to show me how this game was played, i thought you were going to avenge your frineds. See jaden, you can't go anywhere trying to controll biology, let life flourish and be free, it will spread and grow like wild fire! Let it Live free!"

Jaden looked down at his cards 'what can i do?'

 

The blackest most demonic thing ever to set foot in jaden's Eyesight was starring down at him with enough power to destroy him and squash his dreams. 'What can i do' he thought as he looked down at his hand, 'I have a E-Hero Clayman, E-Hero Sparkman, and E-Hero Blade Edge... no good, but wait this card could help, i just hope that thing doesn't have any effects!'

"Alright," Jaden brokes his silence, "I activate this quick play spell card! Go Scape Goats!!!" Robero starred at Jaden as 4 little multicolored beasts appeared in front of him.

"Robero, you think those things will stop me? Well every time my monster destroys a monster with less then 3000 deffense i can attack again!" Robero called his monster to destroy all the goats that had appeared in front of Jaden. The Dark Dragon exhaled its black vortex attack consuming all the goats. "Now unfortunately since i attacked more than once i can not attack you directly, but next turn you will fail!" Robero called.

"No problem cause I still have this one turn to beat you!" Jaden shook as he drew his card. 'Come on' he thought, ' i need this to work!... Ha great' "Robero, I play Pot of Greed! this card allows me to draw 2 more cards from my deck!" Jaden drew, "And these were just what i needed!"

"What could you have drawn?" Robero sarcastically replied

"Watch this! first i fuse Sparkman and Clayman to form Elemental Hero Thunder Giant! But that isn't all!" As Jaden called his turn to his opponet he watched the giant monster rise in front of him generating thousands of bolts of lightning. "I play another Polymerization to fuse the Thunder Giant with my Blade Edge! Now come on out, Elemental Hero Static Black Out." Jadens giant began to twist and shape forming with large blades extending from his back and golden armor shining through the pitch dark blaze that robero's dragon had set on the feild.

"What are you going to do with that thing?" Robero laughed

'He's right, Static's attack is only 3200 and his monster is at 6500. I would barely scratch him. but wait i still have this card... yes it will have to work!' Jaden thought "Robero," He continued alloud, "I play the spell that will save me! Go now 'Cyber Revalations'"

The sky began to twist and turn and the clouds that surrounded the two duelists parted and the sun shown in, as the dragon was hit by the light it let out a mourning wail that hurt even the strongest people's hearts. "Now this card will be the card to beat you! I remove from my deck out of play the 3 cyberdark monsters! and summon the CyberDark Dragon! but that isn't all i activate this trap card, DNA surgery! changing allm monsters on teh feild to Dragon types including my E-Hero!" As Jaden finished his facedown card revealed and all the monsters on the feild began to change and morph into dragon versions of what they were. Even on the other side of the feild the great ultimate monster was changing...

"What is haooening" Robero cried

"Your monster was genetic and now, it is a dragon! making it sucepptible to all my spell and trap cards! So now i activate mystical space typhoon, Destroy the BLEUD! And now your monster is down to 2000 Attack! But that isn't near the end."

As Jaden spoke the giant dragon thatt was moments away from anihalting him was coughing and screaming with unhuman sounds. The Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon revealed itself from the dragons belly and dissapeared. The the BLEUD reapeared on Jadens feild and Attacked itself to the CyberDark Dragon.

"What have you done?!" Robero called out as his voice began to resemble the inhuman sound of the dragon that now lied on the ground weak in fatuige.

"When mystical space typhoon sentenced your monster to the graveyard, my monster picked it back up. Now i activate the effect of my E-Hero. Division of Power. I tribute my monster to power up one other monster on the feild! That makes my cyberDark Dragon reach a scale of 8700 attack."

"hahahhahaha Jaden you see i told you this would pass," Robero scoffed, no human tone left in his voice, "You cant beat me with a machine, no one can! Genetics wins!"

"Wrong!" Jaden cut him off, "I discard a card from my hand to destroy DNA surgery, making all monsters on the feild their original type! And to top it all off, allows me to activate Limiter removal! 17400 is now what you have to contend with! Cyber Dark Dragon! Attack with Cyber Dark Impact!"

The Dark cybernetic dragon rose in its power and let out an echoing sonic burst wave filled with electrical sparks. The power closed in on the dragon that had 2000 Attack. as the monster shattered from the blast, Robero's life points dropped to zero.

"And that is Game!" Jaden called

"You think it is over?!" Robero called out, "Your a fool jaden the game has just begun! I was the first of three powerful duelists to visit this island and whipe out all life as we know it! even know, though i lost this match, the island is being drained of technology and power. Soon everyone here will loose their minds..... Oh and Jaden, The next duelist, play shadow style!" Robero as his mmonster before him shattered and his cards fell to the ground.

Jaden ran toward where his apponet once stood and red the note that had been left on his cards. 'Jaden, these are yours now, i am comming for you Jaden. Love, Clark' Jaden stood and packed the cards into his pocket then quickly ran to the aid of his freinds.

"Jaden," Zane weakly spoke, "You did it, you avenged my Cyber monsters. And you didn't get effected by the power of them either!"

"I think," Jaden replied, "They wanted to win more than i did, if i lost it out there we couldn't of. They were the reason i won. here take them back, i don't want to tempt destiny again with them."

Jaden hand teh Cyber Darks and the CyberDragons back to Zane, "Now come on lets get you and Cy to the Nurse.

Episode 3: Trio's Ace Clark

 

jaden took his injured friends quickly to the infermery but while carrying his friends he noticed something rather odd. 'Why is it so dark?' he thought. Yes, as he ran down the hallways of Duel Academy the lights were all diming and some even faded out all together. That is when Jaden remembered what Robero had said but moments after their duel. "I was the first of three powerful duelists to visit this island and whipe out all life as we know it! Even now, though i lost this match, the island is being drained of technology and power" 'Could he of been serious?" Jaden contemplated as he entered the dark nurse's office. 'Could he really drain the power of the island and take out technology?' Jaden lowered his friends carefully on to their beds, "O.K. guys i got some stuff to figure out! I'll come back as soon as i can" Jaden ran out through the door and out side, where a majority of the students were now chattering umongst themselves. As he questioned his classmates they all said that 'the power started flickering and then it just shut off, and Sabatian and Lex are missing; and i believe that Chazz may be too!'

With 2 friends in a coma and 3 friends missing Jaden started out to look for his friends.

As he entered a clearing he saw Sabastian. "Hey Bastian," He called out to no avasil or repsonce, "Bastian whats up man!"

"Jaden," he replied in avoice that resembled the evil that filled Robero's, "Do you want to duel us?"

"Us?" Jaden replied in amazment, "Who's us?!"

"Why us ofcorse!" simotaniously replied Chazz and Lexis, we all want to duel you Jaden, in a shadow Duel!"

"Why?" Jaden questioned

"Because Jaden," They all replied, "We owe it to you to beat you! Gmae on!"

(Lexis - 2000 Chazz - 2000 Sabastian - 2000 Jaden - 6000)

"Why are you doing this guys?!?" Jaden begged.

"Because Jaden! We need to prove once and for all who is the best!"

"I'll move first" Lexis stated as she seperated from the chant, "I draw, and i play 4 cards face-down and end my turn!"

"Me next!" Chazz stuttered, "I Summon "Archfiend Soldier" (1900 Attk) and end my turn!"

"Finally I'll make my move" Bastian announced, "I play 4 cards face-down as well and end my turn."

As there turns ended 8 cards appeared face-down and an "Archfiend Soldier" monster appeared in front of the three opposing Duelist. And as the cards took the stage so did an erie cloud of smoke that quickly consumed the feild.

"I hate these Shadow Games.... But no matter i don't want to duel you but if i have to so be it, I draw! Cool" Jaden started, "I summon Elemental Hero Avian! Now i activate Axe of Dispair! that bumps my Hero up to 2000. Now Avian Attack!"

"Not so fast Jaden," Lexis replied to his commands, "I activate "Nightmare Wheel" and "Contingent Fear". Now Jaden, As long as these 2 cards are face-up on the feild not only is your Avian useless, but you lose 1500 Life Points everyturn!" With her words a giant wheel appeared and chaineed itself to the back of Avian. also a ghost seemed to appear then enter the Axe that Avian was carrying. Jaden starred in awe as his monster became useless to his cause. "Well," he began, "I'll just end my turn with a face-down."

"Making it my turn," Lexis barked, "I play one more card face-down and take 1500 Life Points from you Jaden!" As another card appeared at her feet a bolt of lighting shot from the axe that avian had held and struck Jaden's duel Disk. "And" she continued "I activate Mask of Restrict! Making sacrafise Impossible, so now Nightmare Wheel aint going no where"

"What is with you guys?!" Jaden called out, "I mean these aren't your cards what is wrong with you?!"

"Isn't it obvious Jaden" Chazz called as he drew his card, "I mean our dear friend Robero told you about us and we even left you that sweet note... I summon TerrorKing Archfiend and activate the spell "Pandemonium!" Following I play Check mate allowing my terrorking to attack you directly! Go now terror slash!"

As the monster formed on the feild a giant fiendish monster with a hellish crown, it ran toward Jaden with the legandary sword of the Deep seated.

"Not so fast partner!" Jaden laughed, "I play FusionBarrier, allowing me to send a monster from my grave-"

"Not so fast Jaden," Lexis enterupted, "I activate the trap card "Brought Fury" and as long as this card is on the feild no attacks can be negated by the effect of a trap or spell card!"

"Finish your attack Terror King" Chazz stated as Jaden trap disentergrated before him and the TerrorKing slashed at Jaden, throwing him back.

(Jaden - 2500)

"Ouch that smarts!" Jaden joked as he rose to his feet.

"It isn't over yet Jaden!" Bastian called out, "now it is my move and i activate 5 spell cards! Say hello to "Burning Land", "Reccuring Nightmare", "Chain of Summoning", "Chain of Attack", and "Spell Nulification" Jaden here is how it is going to 'throw down' During every stand by phase we all lose 500 Life Points, If anyone normal summons a monster they loose 1000 and if anyone attacks they loose an extra 1000. Now Spell Nulifcation is going to stop the effects of my cards from hurting me, or in this case, me and my team mates. So Jaden when my turn ends and yours begins, you'll only be able to summon one monster, but then again by the time it becomes your turn again, you'll loose!" Sabastian laughed as his 5 cards rose from his feet.

'What is this' Jaden thought, 'Lexis has nothing but permanet traps, Chazz has nothing but fiends, and sabastian is only playing permanet spells, what is this... wait....'

"Don't do it you guys, Do not summon the Sacred Beasts!" Jaden Called

"You figured out my plan already Jaden, But you can't figure out who i am?!" The three said in unison, "Come on Jaden didn't you read the note?!"

"Are you the second duelist, Are you Clark?! what are you doing to my friends?! Why is this a shadow game?!" Jaden cried out

Jaden stood as his friends glared at him with looks that were not their own. They had become silent before the possessed Sebastian called out, “I end my turn!”

As the Jaden drew his card, not blinking from eye contact with his friends; Alexis and Sebastian both called out “Effects activate!” And then fire began to burn toward Jaden and two separate bolts of lightning shot toward him; ‘What,’ he thought, ‘Did I seriously forget about the Nightmare Wheel?!’. He braced himself as the incoming bolts and flames consumed his body.

(Jaden – 500)

“Now,” His opponents continued their unisons, “You can’t summon or you lose; you can’t attack or you lose; you end your turn, you lose. We have beaten you Jaden and soon the Shadow Realm is going to consume your soul. And we will be more than happy to watch.”

Jaden stared at the cards he had drawn and looked at the field, they were right there was nothing he could do to stop the inevitable defeat. Even if he could manage to cancel the effects of the Burning land card he still had to face the Nightmare wheel. There was no way out. For the first time Jaden looked down at his deck and thought, ‘the heart just wasn’t strong enough this time!’
