In the Sea of Chaos, guarded by the Time-Space Administration Bureau, twelve years have passed since three vigilante heroines and two employees of the TSAB participated in the same incident. But the time lapse is over, and the menace held at bay by the Kyrios device is coming.

 

Ever since first meeting Nowel Diastasis, Yukari Yakumo has been secretly fortifying her homeland of Gensokyo to serve as a dimensional bastion against the scourge. However, Gensokyo has always had a sketchy relationship with time, and not nearly enough time has elapsed for the current shrine maiden, Reimu Hakurei, to mature to her full power, so she'll be rendered unable to battle the scourge. All that Remilia Scarlet, commander of fate, can tell Yukari and Nowel is that the universe will survive... eventually. There is no guarantee that the current society will survive to see that.

 

In order to counteract this problem, Yukari and Nowel have been going on a recruiting spree. While Nowel finds her old allies with the help of her friend Lulu Gerrard, Yukari is taking her shikigami Ran and Chen to a little-known parallel universe of Unadministrated World 97, where our protagonists have been living normal lives and believing Yukari and her compatriots to be works of fiction. Unbeknownst to her, though, the original Unadministrated World, Gensokyo's host dimension, contains two dimensional troublemakers called Renko Usami and Maribel Han, who are about to plunge their world into chaos... and possibly, save the multiverse. To say nothing of the crises taking place on that world's illusionary Mars...

I was thinking fanfic instead of RP, but it might theoretically work. I still like the idea of a real collaborative fanfic better, though.
