Skill? Nahhh, trust me, creativity isn't a talent. It's a natural instinct which I was born with and many many many many others were born with. To be "high end" (which I said rather vaguely) is just to be more known, respected, inspiring others to cosplay, and well... taking cosplay rather seriously but having fun with it. Although I don't make any of my cosplays yet (besides the Hinata jacket that's taking a while), I can still get pretty "high end". Take for example, Raye from xxWeirdWorldxx. She's known as hell - and doesn't even make her cosplays. Darklink; Thanks~ :3 I just wish my voice was a little... less... err...
