Meh... Watching anime in english or swedish is the same for me. I don't get it at all. But english subtitles are totally different from swedish subtitles for me. I can read english as good as if I were born in London...

I believe that the translating of anime should be left in the hands of the fansubbers as they often do a much better job than any FCC-fueled corporation every will, but corporate dubbing is often better due to being able to hire professional voice actors. I've listened to a few fandubs. They are hideous.

Try actually making a cosplay before documenting something about it.

 

Because people who haven't been in cosplay yet don't know how it feels. Like literally, cosplay is a big thing when you get dressed up with a few friends or such, take some really accurate and legit images, and then by the end of the day, you look at yourself and say "Man, this was great".

You do know fansubbers aren't normally Japanese People, where as the people who translate JP to English are normally Japanese, right?

 

Fansubbers often make ALOT of mistakes as well, so I don't know where you're coming from. At least, most do.

I plan on that actually. Only problems with moving with Japan are 1: Everything in Japan is freaking expensive. 2: Japan is rather isolationist in foreign policy, so immigration is gonna be one hell of a b*tch.

I will not lie, I do like Mainstream, but I also like others. I just like them all. Also, although my favorite character *Points at name*, and the two anime/manga I mentioned are all [from or are] vampire stories, I am not particularly fond of vampires. Those are three exceptions, and great ones at that.
