The big three are overrated anyway.

Naruto sucks

Bleach is too average to be good.

One Piece... I'll just stop now.

The big 3 should be replaced by

History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi never appealed to me

Katekyo Hitman Reborn Nothing special

Fairy Tail Awesome

They're the Big 3 for a reason.

Remember that.

They're the Big 3 for the reason that people don't care for plots and just watch it for the action.

I prefer this Big 3:

HSDK is amazing, IMO, but it could do with less ecchi.

KHR is awesomez, even though they hardly do any mafia stuffz.

I never read fairy tail beyond 2 volume,s, but I heard enough from my friend to know it's top 3 material.

BTW, if new top 3 were established, these would be prime choices.

Negima and Full Metal Alchemist also compete.

I swear' date=' if they ruin Kenpachi, someone's going to die. D<

[/quote']

*grabs multiple weapons* Mind if I help with that?

Kenpachi is two awesome to be screwed up, as someone obsessed with fighting goes. They screw him up, and you know they are going to have angry people coming after them.

BLEACH live action movie?

What's next' date=' One Piece? O_O

Christ, it's like they WANT to make fans hate these things.

[/quote']

It certainly seems that way.

They're just lazy' date=' greedy bastards.

They see something popular and butcher it. Dx

[/quote']

Agreed. All they care about is making money.

FMA is definitely top 3 material, at least the original manga version is.

It's America's solution for the growing prevalence of Japanese culture seeping into America and 'damaging' their economy. By killing off the fan base in America, new American based cartoons have an opening to grow into the mainstream spot. It's cultural imperialism.

"Trigun be epic! Mad I still need a place where I can watch the second half that takes place after the fight with Knives. xD"

The gunfight at the oasis that was the end of the series? There is no more after that, but a movie will be released this year (f*ck yeah!).

That fight doesn't happen in the manga, the end is a lot better.

... an anime that will set the standards for all anime?

Hmmm...

I'd say Kanon, but truth is, I haven't watched an anime like that yet.

Of course, for manga, it's obvious to me that it'd be 20th Century Boys/

It set the standards for modern manga.

Oooh' date=' look at me, sitting at my computer in my L cosplay ;3

Any of you watched Kuroshitsuji yet? >____> HMM?

And do any of you have an MSN? Just made one =o

[/quote']

I do and it's on my profile.

And, I watched some of it but ehh. D: It didn't catch my attention that much. I'll probably start it up again after I finish sum series.

Anyways, you guys are silly. The Big 3 HAVE to be serialized in Shounen Jump. It's liek, a rule.

Funny, my friend said the same thing...

Well, there's not much that stands out in SJ besides the big 3...

Hmmm... there's

Bobobo (lolnotbig3material)

Can't it just be in shonen sunday or something?

I think Reborn is in SS.

Hmmm....

I wonder why...

Anyway, GX is out.

Not battle manga. (not technically)

Plus, it probably ended by now.

Yu yu hakusho WOULD have been an amazing contender...

IF it hadn't ended...

Maybe Tegami Bachi...

Or Ultimo...

Nah, neither are big enough...

I nominate D.Gray-man

New topic: What anime do you think created the Western impression that anime was all violence and made parents cover their children's eyes whenever Pokemon came on?

Dragon! Dragon! Rock the Dragon!

Dragon Ball Z!

Ah how I used to love that song~

Ohhey.

Just to let you guys know...

You know that guy? Yeah, Walt Disney? If it weren't for him, we wouldn't have had anime. So before we all go on a spree saying "America ruins anime!", let's think about this. Because of his idea of animated movies, shows, etc, you know how Disney got huge with their cartoon characters. Well, he passed on his idea to a Japanese man (forgive me for forgetting the name), who then was able to create anime. One of that man's earliest anime was Astro Boy.

Now I'm totally reconsidering on this whole American conspiracy that get's a whole load of crap in today's world.

We should really thank Walt Disney for the world of anime and animation as a whole.
