yeah, basically i guess. i mean, danzo's just about killed, hinata confessed her love, naruto finally met his father, and the mystery of the juubi has been revealed. all that's left now is naruto losing the kyuubi and bot dying, sasuke returning to the village, hinata and naruto getting some alone time for a more romantic scene, something similar perhaps for sakura and sasuke once they made up, and the final battle, with naruto becoming hokage afterwards. that will probably take more like 100 chapters to cover it all though.

mainstream is epic in the beginning, but when they are made mainstream, they lose all the good stuff.

naruto is all about who has the better sharingan now...

While before, they actually used actual ninja techniques.

Anyway, this is otaclub (soon to be Otakus of Akiba, I think) not the narutard org. XD

I meant it loses all that I thought was good about it.

Since it becomes touched by 4kids/another bad american anime dubber

That doesn't affect the manga or sub.

And according to the 1st line, if Hayate would become mainstream it would lose everything you liked about it.

4Kids would do that. They are the outbranch of the FCC dedicated to white-washing anime into mainstream swill that can be easily merchandised and can brainwash American kids into thinking the world is like America.

Bandai is much better, but still bad. They dub anime much closer to the original compared to 4Kids and the FCC, but they still have to obey American censorship laws. They also only dub anime so they can merchandise in America. They are, after all, a model/toy making company.

Also, mainstream is only mainstream when it is screwed over by America and/or is known by the majority of the North American/European TV audience. If Naruto wasn't made into swill like it is today and wasn't made into the posterboy of all things generic, I would not consider it mainstream.

how's this?

I think it should definetily be lucky-star or SOS brigade, or at least Di Gi Charat.

Also... is that purple-haired girl with the pigtails straight? I mean, I was surprised at all the pictures I found of her and konata...
