It is one of the biggest sections on YCM, and it must be incredibly hard for glassberry to do it on his own. Also, because glass is the only General mod, a lot of spam, swearing, and other bad stuff gets through, and no one notices. Who's with me? Since the Music,Games, and TV forums are made, most of the topics that used to be in the General section aren't put there anymore. So the General forum is just this boring spamhole now.
