[Shadow Zero]

Hmm? i thought i heard something. Zero looked around and saw a column of smoke rising. "That's weird. That smoke...it can't be from anything natural." Teknus heard what Zero said and looked around to see what it was he was talking about. Teknus finally finds it and wonders what it could be. Zero was right, it didn't look natural. And...he thought he had felt a malicious presence shoot overhead a few seconds ago.

"Teknus. Go and see what that smoke is about...it gives me an uneasy feeling."

"Yeah. and then there was that presence that i felt."

"Over head?"

"Yeah, and probably in the same location as well."

"Go to the impact sight and see what you can find out. If you come across an enemy, you know what to do."

"Understood." With that, Teknus inputs coordinate in a portable device of unknown usage and activates it. in a few seconds, Teknus turns into what seems to be nothing more then white light and disappears.

Zero looks at where Teknus used to stand and ruefully shakes his head to himself. He had always favored using the Portable Transervers, since it allowed him to cover a great amount of distance in a short amount of time without any wasted energy. Teknus, you had better come back alive. Zero didn't know why, but he felt that Destined had already betrayed them, even though the truce had been formed only a moments previously.

[Jake the Sage]

"Boss," Black said walking up to Destined, "what has happened while I was . . . on hiatus?" Black said with a wicked chuckle. Destined yawned as he woke up, sitting up from his laid back position and put Lucifer on his head. "You're gonna have to be a little more specific . . ." he said groggily, rubbing his eyes and stretching.

 

"I have been 'gone' . . . Say!? Where is the flying guy?"

 

Destined stood up and got out of his chair. "Right now, he's with the other 'heroes."

 

"I thought he was evil?" Black asked, feeling a tinge of rage.

 

Omar then sat down and looked around at everyone. "So these are the super I'm going to be working with? They better put up a good fight then." Omar thought as he closed his eyes. "Dammit . . ."

 

"Damn . . . these guys are such a bore," Sky said still floating in the air, "I should have ask Destined for a headset or something . . ."

 

The man smirked, not because he was annoyed at their questions but because they had the stones to ask him his name directly. "Well well," he said under his breath low enough for them not to hear him, "I am called Alamos(Al-a-mos), you can be sure that this alliance is not a trick nor a trap. We need more supers in order to run the Western Military out of here!" he said, showing much enthusiasm. "My resistance has been inside the main city for months without detection, we could easily take the main contributers out from there." Alamos explained.

 

As Alamos spoke Yaming and everyone else listened carefully. Lora stood up and turned around to everyone. "I say we go for it!"

 

"What's in it for you?" Sky finally set foot on the ground and made Lora jump, "Surely you must get something out of getting rid of the Military."

He smiled as he walked towards Alamos. Josh nodded his head and knew it was a good quesiton to ask. Alamos hesitated and then gave into Sky's question.

 

 

"This doesn't concern you flyboy," Teknus said as Skys asked a question to Alamos, "so why don't you get back up there and out of the way? Zero and I also know how to stay hidden and to strike a fatal blow when need be."

 

Sky sighed, "Your such a loud mouth you know that?" He said to Teknus, he was really getting on his nerves, "So why don't you let me talk to Captain Freedom over here man to man."

 

"I get the satisfaction," Alamos started then paused to let a gust of wind go bye as if he planned the whole conversation out before hand, "of knowing that a whole civilization and all it's people will finally be truly safe and respected . . . the Western Military kills all that get in there way. If an elderly woman asks a soldier where the local food mart is, she gets killed on the spot for wasting his time!" He said, speaking with great valor in his voice. Yaming nodded her head as the man spoke, there had been many new rumors about how cruel the Western Military was.

 

"Yeah, he's a bit . . . sentimental," Destined answered, "He wanted to heal some girl I almost killed, so far."

 

"Heh," Black chuckled and then laughed, "soft hearts get you nowhere. Just gets you used." Destined looked back at Black, while taking off Lucifer.

 

"Let's see how Sky is doing," he closed his eyes and concentrated, "I suggest you move out of the way . . ."

 

"Alright."

 

Out of Destined's head shot a violet beam that began to take the shape of a square. Soon, the square hardened and a visual of the others' location was displayed. "A magic portal. Now, we see and hear what's going on and we can even help Sky if necessary."

 

"Well isn't it obvious? You follow Destined, and we both know how evil he is." Teknus said, giving Sky a look of contempt.

 

"Enough!" It was only one word, but it carried such authority that Teknus would not dare to disobey. Zero walks between Teknus and Sky, not looking at either one. "It can't hurt to let the 2 of them talk. Besides, he would never ally himself with someone like them, and he seems to know how to get out of tricky situations. Alamos, huh?"

 

Zero turns to speak to Alamos directly. "Just so you know, Sky follows Destined; and Destined is very evil. The only reason why we work with him right now is out of necessity. If you wish to know exactly what I mean . . . just ask Cougar. He'll tell you all about it. And Sky . . . we should go somewhere more private and talk." Zero points off to the side a ways, out of earshot of the others where they won't be overheard.

 

"Hn?" Black was surprised at the ranting Teknus. "Who is THAT idiot?" He asked Destined.

 

"A blabbermouth," Destined said. "He's Zero's little fanboy."

 

 

"You guys," Sky pointed from Teknus to Zero, "are a bunch of single-minded morons." He held back from breaking them to bits, "Oh, Destined is evil, 'oh Destined is this and that.' Ha! How do you know that you're not evil? So just shut up or I'll kill you both!"

 

"Zero?" Black asked leaning agans a wall. He fell down laughing when he heard Sky.

 

Zero says nothing at first, just gives Sky a blank stare. Finally, he responds after several long seconds of thinking. "Tell me, if it was up to you, would you have allowed Natalie to be subjected to such torture? Would you have cowardly used her as a shield while you tried to escape? Destined wasn't only willing to do that, he did do it! Doesn't that sound evil to you?"

 

As Sky and Zero argued back and forth, Black and Destined laughed so hard that their sides began to hurt. Even Lucifer joined in the hysteria.

"Look at this! Mind games!" he struggled for air as he held his stomach and almost fell over, tears all down his face. This was too entertaining.

 

"I was contemplating startig a mind game but this is rich!"

 

"Hey," Destined said wipping the tears from his face, "what do you say we make things . . . Interesting?"

 

"Sure why . . . not!?"

 

Destined shot a blast of violet flames at the square, "There!"

 

"I'll join in." Black Wrote into his book, then summoned a carbon copy of himself, except it was a little weaker; with blonde hair, named White. He told it to depart and so it did by jumping through the portal, with nothing more than a sword in hand.

 

As Destined and Blackwaited to see their "fun" unfold Kyba and Darren continued to comb through the massive ammount of books stored in their masters house. They looked up in time to see the sky within the magical square brighten up. Suddenly the light was over everyone's head and continued deep into the desert. A toxic pillar of smoke appeared and then the explosion rang out in from its direction. Unfortunately Black's creation had appeared in the exact spot the blast had erupted, vaporizing it instantly- so much for his fun . . .

 

 

As Eden and Lee lagging a little behind it seemed finally cached up with the grope. Eden saw a man come out of know where. "interesting. I am guessing... Ahh." He started to point to Black "You new I am guessing? And aperintly you can copy your self right or am i going nutts?"

Seeing the brighgt flash of light in the background Josh oculd only shake his head, figuring out quickly where and who made it. "Its only Destined trying to get us rilled up. Pay it no mind."

 

With the explosion successfully explained they all turned their attention back to Alamos and his propasition. Lora was ok with it, but then again she wasn't one of the leaders. Yaming rose her hand and spoke up, "I think we should combine our forces. What about everyone else?"

 

"Looks like they found out it was the boss." Kyba said as he waited for the usual 'yeah' from Darren, but it never came. Looking over to his commrade he could see him intensly reading a book. "Hey!"

 

"Hu!? What?"

 

"You never said 'yeah'."

 

"For?

 

"Oh never mind! What are you reading?" Kyba said as he pointed to the book in Darren's hand. The book was old and worn, its spine bent and no title on either cover. Darren looked it over and then shrugged his shoulder.

 

"I dunno. BUt it's one of those mytho-thingie-wadever about some four incredibly powerful Supers." Hearing Darren talk about incredibly powerful supers caught his attention.

 

[Tempest Dahlia]

Destined sighed. "So much for that, huh...? Oh well."

He turned to Darren and Kyba, who were busy reading one of the books.

"Well! Showing initiative, you two? Good job."

He walked over to them, leaving the portal so Black could still look at his creation wreak some havok.

"Did you find anything l should know about?"

[Blake]

OOC: You can't See Black or Destine. We can se you. It's a portal thing.

 

White drew his sword and pointed at TEknus, gun ob his hip. "I'm here to have some fun" White said with a wicked Smile.

"Where did he come from?" Sky saw White appear near Teknus, "Wait, he looks like... Well, I guess I could let them fight for now..." he said with another smile, then retained his usual sitting position again.

[Shadow Zero]

Teknus looked over his shoulder to see the man who was threatening him when he had only just arrived. "You know, you should really learn some manners." Teknus moved his hand and grabbed the sword with his armored gauntlet, yanking it out of the mans hand and tossing it far away. He didn't know who this man was, but he didn'e really care right now. He had more immportant things to do then to be sidetracked by someone looking to pick a fight. "I have something i have to do. So do yourself a favor, and don't cause any trouble.""this mus be that presence that i had felt before. I'll deal with it later unless it insists on causing trouble. For now, i should go and see what i can find out about the impact sight." Teknus begins to walk away from the man, completely ignoring the fact that he is looking very angry indeed, and walking over to where the impact site is.

 

--phantom, White and Teknus are near the imact site, where as you are still back with Zero Yaming and the others a considerable distance away, soo you might want to edit that post a bit.

As soon as Teknus took the sword from his hand, it awung, apparently on it's own, at him. White Chuckled "See this?" He asked. A gun pointed at Teknus, and a sword swinging at him "Well?" He chuckled

 

OOC: Nope. Happened as soon as you did it, thus you have no time to walk away. Saying "Yours is wrong" is god-modding.

[Shadow Zero]

Teknus jumps into the air to dodge the sword and uses his technopathy to cause Whites gun to go flying out of his hands and into his own. As Teknus prepares to fire whites own gun at him, he wonders just how stupid the man can possibly be. "Apparently you either forgot, or wasn't aware of my abilities. Either way, you had your chance. For you, this is the end." Teknus fires Whites gun at him as he starts to fall to the ground, hitting him right in the middle of his back.

 

ooc: i told you, Sky is not at the impact site with Teknus and White because you didn't even explain how he got there, so either modify the post in which he Sky notices White so that it explains just how he gets there, or continue to be ignored due to your posts being op'd.

IC: "Neat trick. Too bad." The weapons didn't move "I have telekinesis. Goodbye" He said firing the gun

Darren looks up at Destined as he trodded over to them. Lifting the book up their boss could see badly drawn pictures of four people[?] on a page with the world in the middle. There wasn't many words, but one that did stand out was "Legendary"

 

"What do you think it means boss?"

 

"Yeah."

 

Kyba turned to face Darren and gave him an annoyed look, "Good to hear you say 'yeah' again I suppose."

 

"What!?"

[Shadow Zero]

"What?!" Teknus was surprised that the gun didn't move and was just barely able to block the blast with a shield spell. The force of the blast sent him rolling as he hit the ground. "That was...unexpected." Teknus rose to his feet and raised a hand in front of him. "Looks like i'll have to resort to other methods. FIREBALL!" Teknus forces the firebal spell to become more compact so that it is more deadly, even though it seems to be the same size and fires it at White.

 

ooc: yeah, actually, if your Whites gun is some type of technology, which it likely is, then Teknus would be able use his technopathy to have it yanked out of your hands as long as he isn't to far away. however, since i really don't know whether technopathy would trump telekinesis or not, we'll just go with this.

White Chuckles. He teleported behind Teknus and swung his sword.

Teknus watches the fireball fo through wait and realizes that what he was seeing is nothing more then an illusion, probably due to the after effects of the impact. curious, he walked over to the impact site to see what else he could learn.

 

ooc: apparently jake had White killed, so this post is the end of whites illussory self. that shouldn't be modding, i don't think.

Lora and Koya landed next to Teknus as he walked around.

 

"So do you think he was actually aiming for us?" Lora asked as she kicked a charred rock.

 

"I would hope not. But knowing him he was only trying to get us rilled up."

"He probably just wanted to cause us trouble. Meaning, he's probably watching everything that's going on right now and having a good laugh to himself. still, i have to wonder if the effects of that impact created a similar effect to Phazon radiation." Teknus is very disturbed by his current line of thought. if Destined had figured out a way to artificially create Phazon, it would mean a lot of trouble for everyone. "I should report back to Zero and the others with what i've discovered. If you guys want to have a closer look on your own, i suggest using extreme caution. If you start feeling strange in any way, get out of there immediately. "if only samus was here, she could take a closer look at the crater without having to worry about the risks. just how long is she going to take getting here?!"

[Blake]

Black felt something. He pulled out his book and looked at it. White was defeated. All Black did was chuckle "Well, Well."

[Final Fantasy Revolution]

Alamos just watched the events as they occurred and didn't really make any surprised reactions as if he'd seen some things weirder than this. And with his level of experience, he probably had. "I need to head back and report..." Alamos said, and then turned his back to the group. "If your joining our side please come to the main cities gates two days from now and exactly at noon..." Alamos said and then suddenly disappeared.

[Jake the Sage]

As Alamo's figure faded from sight everyone turned to face each other. The time and location were set, now all they needed to do was decide weither to go or stay behind. Yaming and Josh began to discuss amoungst themselves weither ti was a good idea or not, or possibly a trap set by the Eastern Military.

 

While the leaders, minus Destined, continued to talk Lora had arived back from the impact sight and sat down next to Kallen. "So what are they planning on doing?"

[Damiano Tosē]

Omar then took out his ring and put it on his left ring finger. "I guess this is the only thing that's keeping me alive."

 

Omar went inside the hideout and walked around looking for the harpie, yet she was nowhere to be found. Omar heard a strange eerie sound outside the hideout and ran to the door. What Omar saw was the exact bird that captured him and the harpie but a different color of the same bird.

 

Omar's ring glow blood red and changed into a curved-hilt sword as the bird charged for him. "Ok birdie round 2...let's go!"

[Tempest Dahlia]

Destined looked at the book closely. "I... Don't know... I never heard of legendary superheroes... But if there were any, i'm quite sure the first would be that little brat...!"

Destined hated feeling helpless and restricted, but soon, everything would work in his favor...

"We'll be meeting the heroes at the vity in two days. Maybe they'll know something. We'll just see when the time comes."

[Blake]

Black still was looking at his book when he asked "Little Brat? Whoever do you mean?"

[Tempest Dahlia]

"I mean!...." Destined was filled with unimaginable rage. Although he his his reactions extremely well, his now red face told everything.

He ook a deep, calming breath. It clearly didn't do anything for his face. "I mean Yaming. She took my powers away. That has never been done before. Ever."

[Blake]

Black had a shocked look for, possibly, the first time in his life "Wow. Well, She can't take mine." He said tossing the book into the air and catching it.

"A good thing about her is while she is using her powers, she seems evil... And reckless..." Destined gave a wicked smile.
