[Jake the Sage]

As Omar and the women ran the sound of flapping wings grew louder and louder. Finally they saw what had been causing the noise all along, a giant bird! The bird landed right in front of them and cocked its head as it examined them.

 

Meanwhile . . .

 

Eden's laugh was stopped dead cold when a large boom erupted from the door. Looking over his shoulder, expecting nothing out of the ordinary, he saw a large dent. He heard the general yelling through the metal and then another dent appeared after another swift boom.

Eden once again put down his tools and the experiment only a quarter way done stopped again. He walked over to the new door or some what of it. And walked over to the built in inter-comm. "Look you fat man of a General. If you want your toy leave me alone!"

The bird let out a high pitched screech and then took off and grabbed the robe that had been covering the woman. It ripped the hood off and began to gain altitude, then circled around.

 

Meanwhile . . .

 

The general responded over the intercom, "How dare you think oyu can give me orders!" and as he spoke Eden realized for the first time that his head was begining to feel light headed. Looking around his vision swayed with his body and he could smell something in the air. He instantly knew he was being drugged somehow.

Omar then saw the bird took off the woman's robe and Omar stepped a few steps back, looking at the mysterious woman's true form.

Eden sighed and started to rub his forehead. "Okay fine think of it as a suggestion then. But I wanted to give you this thing be a surprise so... Leave me to work." Eden said over the intercom. And with that he went back to the work 'area' and started to continue.

As the robe was taken off of the girl she finally reviled her self. She wasn't human to Omar's surprise but actually a harpy. She had feathers going all they way down he back and on her lags to a point, for there he skin was a pale yellow and had scales. And for he feet they where like normal but a little bit bigger and with one inch razor sharp talons. The same went for her arm, but it formed large wings all the way going to her knees, and just as her feet the hands all so bared the pale yellow scales, but the claws where a twice as short. But other then that she was normal, her hair is dark brown going down post her shoulders, but some what lighter then the feathers. And he eyes where dark ocean blue and he skin was a fair pale but full or color. He front side was normal but with a light ring of feathers hazing around the normal skin in her chest. As for her clothing she was waring nothing but a few sheats of hemp rag covering her breasts and her pirvent area.

The girl not really caring for Omar's response she just looked up at the bird. "Damn thats the second time thats happened to me."

The bird had now come full circle and was begining to swoop down a them.

 

Meanwhile . . .

 

As Eden work his eyes grew heavy and then he was out. When he woke up he was again strapped to a chair and his hands now being completely covered in a glove. The general walked into the room and laid his hand on the oh so familiar lever, "So you thougth you'd go against our rules, hu?"

Eden was pissed at this moment, "I did not go agents the rules I just wanted your Toy to be a surprise."

[Jake the Sage]

The general pulled down the lever and watched with delight as Eden thrusted forward in his chair and the volts coursed through his body, "I don't like suprises."

 

He flipped the lever up, letting Eden's body sit back down before yanking it down and making him jump back up as his muscles tensed up agian from the current, "Am I understood!?"

As Eden gets shocked more blast of Nuclear Radiation fills the room and the scar on the General that Eden gave him starts to glow. "I told you the more you do that the more Gradation comes out. But fine" Eden paused for a moment. "Can I just go back to work?"

[Jake the Sage]

The general snarled as Eden continued to defy him. He pulled the lever, making Eden wrench in pain, and gritted his teeth as the scar also began to cause him trouble. It was now a battle of will and the gernal was hell bent on not being taken down.

[Freeman The Master]

Eden scwinted his eyes tight and grinned his teeth. But as Eden was getting shocked more Radiation started to poor out. And on the General the glowing scar started to spread.

[Jake the Sage]

The general finally lifted the lever when Eden looked like he was going to stop breathing. He was breathing heavily as the guards lifted his limp body, "Next time . . . you'll do as your told."

[Freeman The Master]

"Next time you won't do this again. I hope you like the new scar." Eden pointed out that the General's Shirt arms was not completely gone but what was there was the scar it had expanded incomposing most of his arm

[Jake the Sage]

The general hide his arm as Eden was lead away. When he was gone a man in an office coat came in with dark glasses, "He is smart. I wouldn't continue hounding him if I was you."

 

The general only huffed as he put a coat on to conceal his arm and walked out the door.

As Eden was pulled away form the room and put back to work he started to laugh on his way down. When he reached at his work space he started to continue again on the project

"NO!" Koya yelled he shot a whip of darkness scooped up akima and Lora packed them in a ball made sure Lora was wrapped extra good in the dark and shot them back to camp. He then made a smaller bubble on the things head and left it to suffocate. He decided to get ready for the adrenaline rush but first he made those roller blades but he ponched them so hard he actually flew. He flew incredibly fast and saw Kallen fighting off the units and losing. So he went up a little higher. Dropeed the skate let them fall smashing one of the units arms off. He went into black adrenaline and dived downward at 50 mile an hour landed on a unit destroying it and smashed another ones head. He turned to Kallen and said. "Kallen Statdeld you are the super's group top priority and we get our top priority and you comrades died but they didn't have me.

As Koya yelled back at Kallen to shoot her Radiant Wave Surger at him those who were giving chase got a suprise when the robot carrying Akima was pierced by a spear' date=' but not one from Fluer. Lora zipped down from the skyline and snatched Akima up before the machine exploded and landed amoungst everyone else. "Where'd that spear come from!?"

Kallen stopped but stood in between Lora and the direction that the spear came from, "I'm not sure..." Kallen pulled a device from her pocket, "This is a Reciever, it can trace the signal that a Shadow unit emits and tell me it's exact location, but it's range is about 50ft. The thing is that Shadow units never travel alone." She activated the Reciever and it showed that there were 8 units less than 20ft away and they were headed right toward them, "Dammit, Koya get ready there are eight Shadow units ahead of us and their coming right for us!" Kallen took a stance and looked at Akima who was completely unconscious, "Dammit I didn't think they'd waste so many Shadow units to get their hands on me."

 

The Shadow units came through the bushes and stopped. One of them stepped forward and spoke in an artificial voice, "Kallen Stadtfeld, please come with us... the Eastern Military Special Operations General has declared that capturing you is the top priority of the Eastern Military. You know what that means, so please come with us without a fight."

 

Kallen's face fell and tears started to fall from her eyes, "No, NO... he couldn't have... he wouldn't... I can't let that happen again..." Kallen turned to Koya, but she was still crying, "Koya, please watch over Lora for me. Take care of her and Akima." She saw the protests he was about to say on his face, "There's something I didn't tell you... the last group I was with were captured and killed because they tried to protect me. Don't you understand the Eastern Military sent an entire army faction after us and they all died to protect me!" Kallen backed a few steps so that she was now standing with the Shadow units, "Don't fight them and don't come after me... I can't let that happen again... and especially not to anyone who I care about. Lora, be good for Koya and Akima ok..." without waiting for an answer Kallen and the Shadow units turned and ran away at top speed.

 

Soon they were out of the forest and running across the plains, *I'm truely sorry Lora, my sister, but I can't let them have you... I'll protect you from them... NO MATTER WHAT!*

Kallen and the Shadow units stopped at an old outcropping so that Kallen could sleep. She knew that she'd be safe as she was too valuable to the Eastern Military for them to let anything happen to her. She layed down and went to sleep. As she slept the Shadow units took sentry positions around her so that there was no way that anyone could sneak up on them. Now that she was going with them their top priority was protecting her until she got to the Kyagua Eastern Military Base.

 

Akima woke up on the ground with Lora leaning over him, "Huh? Lora what happened?" He sat up and saw Koya nearby, "Where's Kallen?"

Omar grabbed the girl and ran. "I do not want to see you getting hurt when it's just us two." Omar then pushed the girl infront of him as he gave her his ring as he lost all his powers. "Now let's go birdie." Omar stopped a couple feet away from the bird as he looked at his enemy. "It's just me and you."

When Akima's eyes adjusted he could see the tears rolling down Lora's face as she tried to stop from crying uncontrollably again. In a hoarse and raspy voice, from crying for the past hours, she told him "Kallen . . . K-Kallen left with . . . th-the Shadow Units!"

 

She couldn't mantain her composure anymore and began to cry again. She knew that Kallen had left for her safetyand this reason alone is why she is so devistated.

 

Meanwhile . . .

 

While the Shadow Units mantained their sentry positions a mist began to rise all around them,. however it was nearly daybreak and none of the mechanical andriods sensors surmized this would be anything dangerous or out of place- as this area was well known for its morning mist. The more the sun rose the thicker the mist was until it became a full blown fog, so completely thick that visability dropped 60%. A droid in the outer perimeter began to relay a message, "All units transfer visionary sensors t-" before it was somehow cut off. The loud sound of the droid exploding roused Kallenfrom her sleep. Upon hearing another droid's explosion she grabbed the Reciever and watched in disbelief as one by one the signals being immited by the Shadow Units was cut off.

 

In Other Places . . .

 

The bird continued to swoop down on the harpy and Omar as they crouched down in a gully just big enough to squeeze both of them in. So far neither could discover a way to get out of the hole without having the giant bird's talons snapping their spines like twigs and so there they sat, uncomfertably, in the rut while the bird continued to encircle their hiding spot.

"If we can't find a way then make a way!" Omar said as started punching the bird's internal organs and stomach. Omar then asked for the ring and got it back, gaining his powers. Omar then started a punching frenzy inside the belly of the beast. Omar then placed his hands on the bird's organ. "Shi, Nichi, Jin, Soun, Chi!" After he words were said a dark blast eluded from Omar's hand.

Koya had left the group running at full speed after kallen. He knew he had little chance of finding her but he had to try. After several hours of non-stop full force running he heard an explosion to the left he turned and saw a shadow unit being exploded. He knew Kallen was nearby but he didnt want to get caught, so he climbed a tree and waited.

Fleur ran after Koya. 2 Shadow Units popped out of nowhere.

"Die!" Yelled Fleur.

She created 8 crystal spears, and slammed them firmly into the Shadow Units. She then looked up at Koya from the tree........

 

William's army marched through the wastleland, continueing his vain effort to find the sage.

The blast of dark energy shot the bird back and into a pillar which collapsed. When it fell on the beast it let out a dead screech before passing from this world. The fading dead cry now in the background Omar turned to the Harpy and gave a smile that the battle was over, only to hear what sounded like hundreds of paper flapping in the breeze. The ground beneith them darkened and when they peered up into the sky they were shocked to see countless birds of all size taking flight all around them. They circled and criss-cross and swooped in and out of the massive flock as one remained suspended in the middle; this bird was larger than the one they had just killed, and was very . . . very mad.

 

Meanwhile . . .

 

The sound of explosions haulted Lora's cries with one fell swipe. She looked up and towards the origin of the noise. Closing her eyes and trying to find the source Lora waited with low breathing and no movement; when two more explosions rang out from the distance she got up and turned to Akima, "I think I might now where Kallen is!"

 

In Other Places . . .

 

While he walked through the desert the sun beated down upon him with unrelenting force. Everything around him has died from this unrelenting assault, and the thought of when he too would surrender to this enemy had more than once crossed his mind as he continued to wander. Then . . . in the distance . . . like a shimmering illusion too good to be true was a palm tree. Near that palm tree was small pool of water and from the palm tree hanged many rip coconuts.

--@Jake: i found this one on google, totally different because you did something to yours...even though i don't know what you did but it suits you like you edited the picture i kept mines in a basic light form, i also saved it to give proof that i did nothing to it.

 

Omar then looked at the flocks of birds and looked at the Harpy. "I don't think we can manage this bird by ourselves, unless you can all some friends of yours." Omar said looking at the Harpy and the birds. (Me? why me? why do i have to suffer? i just hope everyone else is ok...no wait i know everyone is ok, im the one that needs help here.) Omar thought to himself.
