Sorry for my inactivity here lately. Just haven't found the time to get on.

My favorite team, Atlanta Hawks, is out, but Magic is my second favorite team so I hope for them to win. Hawks were just awful. Go Magic!?

Do you guys think Lebron will stay in Cleveland or go somewhere else? I'm not quite sure what will happen yet.

Boston took game 1, fux.

Lebron will go to the team that will offer him the most money. If he goes to the Nets (who have the money), they will probably get the first pick in the draft as well, thus getting John Wall (#1 NBA Draft pick). Again, the Nets have a lot of cap space, allowing them to get other good supporting players (although they have decent players). Therefore making them BEAST

John Wall's stats: http://sports.espn.go.com/ncb/player/profile?playerId=45885

Also, Lebron said the only way he would stay in Cleveland is if the University of Kentucky's coach, Coach Callipari (sp?) because head coach of the Cavs. Ironic that John Wall plays for UK

I hope you do know that despite the Nets having the most chances, only about 3 or so teams ever with the highest chances actually have landed the first pick :/

So I doubt the Nets get pick 1.

and even if they do get Wall, I doubt that is enough to bring Lebron, even New York, the team most anticipated and wanted to get him, had a better year, and have more of a marketing business, and the most famous arena among the NBA...

=/

and Bostons win ftw?

Well, it would be sorta cool, I just love to debate over NBA topics ;)

That, and I am HUGE Pistons fan, and New Jersey winning =/= Good

Speaking of them, the lottery is tonight ^-^

They have a huge chance to get #7, but I hope they get one of the top 3 picks *crosses fingers and toes*

Well, though I must say that could happen, it is a little weird. Both players would have to take major dips in salary, or a team with major money would have to be willing to spend almost all of their money on 2 top tier free agents, instead of 1 with pieces around.

I am okay as long as I see the Suns in there. The Lakers DO NOT deserve another title. Their team is already godmod-level' date=' if you know what I mean, & they need a FAIL in the tournament to show them that they aren't unbeatable.

[/quote']

More like they need another title. Before all their main players, and I mean Kobe, exit their prime xD

and how are they unbeatable when they have lost two in a row to Phoenix? <_>

Fisher is going to retire soon, Pau only has a few more good years, same with Kobe... The Lakers need to start looking towards the future during these next few seasons...

Orlando won Game 5, maybe the NBA's first ever comeback from a 3-0 deficit?
