Slash
Clippers don't necessarily have to start over, they just need to tweak some things. They have the talent on their team to be one of the top WEST teams, they just need 1 more player who can make that happen, presumably Blake Griffin. You are right about the Suns though.I think the Raptors and Knick could use some adjusting as well.
Monkey
Oddly enough, the Bobcats have a pretty solid team. What about the Thunder?
Slash
Plus, chances are this summer that the Bobcats sign Allen Iverson, which is what they need, surprisingly. The Thunder have some solid players as well. What they need is a good big man or two to go around their already solid players in Green, Durant, and Westbrook. Doing that would make them better, maybe not playoff material just yet, but it would make them better than they are at the moment.

Monkey
It is... Bringing up Jason Kapono just makes me think of "What if he went to Phoenix when they used to be good and had an up-tempo, 3-poit shooting team?" he would be perfect for them

Slash
McGrady has been included in several trade talks. Hopefully a possible change in teams could turn him into a non-injury prone kind of guy.
