.:JBM:.
I wasn't insulting you or anything. Is it actually possible that he would return to the 76ers though?
Monkey
I personally wouldn't care, but he would just be wasting his time in the NBA by going around the nation and then returning to the team he was originally on.

Monkey
I wanna say he opted out because he was the best player on the 76ers during that time. Oh yea, thats right, he wanted a ring. He thought that if he went to the Pistons, they could get a ring
.:JBM:.
He went to the Nuggets though.
Monkey
Hm... He left 76ers, could only get onto Nuggets, then Detroit wanted him so they gave up Billiups?

.:JBM:.
LOL, I would. If it were me, not Kobe. If I were Kobe I'd say, "I've got enough money, plus I'd rather get a good amount and win, than get a great amount and lose."

Slash
Hm... He left 76ers' date=' could only get onto Nuggets, then Detroit wanted him so they gave up Billiups?[/quote'] The end of that statement is so totally wrong. Detroit did not want him, they only traded for him to get 2 things.1) Even though it was bad, a different look, teams had to change the way they saw the Pistons.2) Cap space this summer, as I've said the last few pages, they have alot of it, about 17 million at the moment, because of that trade. So all for all, the AI-Billups trade was not really Billups for AI, it was Billups for player X. Player X being the major player they sign with their cap space this or slightly possibly next year, but I doubt next year.
