You can have the best trainer in the world and it won't speed up your recovery process. It is about 20% on the trainer and 80% on the player IMO, give or take. I would presume most to all of the season because you need to take into account how long they will be injured, how long it will take to rehab, and how long it will take to get back to where he was.

But broken bone in foot is a little serious no? I mean, you can't really walk on that foot...

Good trainer can equal a quicker recovery process <_<

A good trainer knows the right techniques and ideas to go about certain injuries. If you have a bad trainer, chances are they won't know certain things, and therefor the player will go about an injury in regular fashion. Surgery was done yesterday, so technically he is already in rehab, though I know that rehab will last for about 5 months, at the latest. And he would be able to start conditioning and such before that 5-6 months is over, so chances are he would be near to ready to come back. And remember, we aren't talking about Lebron here, its not like he needs to go back to Superstar form :P

as for the broken foot. Its not a microfracture we're talking about, just a simple broken bone. I know that can take a few months to recover from, but its not as though its that big of a deal.

:o

I'm too lazy to read your response but I'm going to assume that it disproves my timeline in some way XD

Since we're on the topic of injuries. Wade pulled his hamstring in the first quarter of the first preseason game hahahahahahaha. Bynum is out till December... Again

Well Favre is 40... A TAD old for a QB in the NFL... not as quick, smart, and athletic as he used to be. *cough* shouldhaveretiredatleastlastyear *cough*

He should have retired as a Packer.

Now he's fallen victim to the athletic disease of "sexy time disorder".

@Anya: Yeah but the Suns were as close as they were ever going to get during the d'Antoni era. They shouldve given them a couple more seasons together

@Clair: what's funny is that Packer fans probably still worship him and Jets fans felt like they got a hit and miss opportunity with Favre
