Too bad there's nothing really to discuss in the world of Basketball... Well in August (I think) the USA #2 team goes to Turkey to compete in the World Championship.

Also, news has said that a lot of players haven't committed to playing with their respective counrties this ear... Pau Gasol, Yao Ming, Dirk, and many others

Oh that sucks... was it murder or suicide or unintentional suicide?

Selena Gomez isn't that sexy imo...

I wish the site showed reps underneath our usernames... I liked showing off my reps :P

ALSO: Can you imagine Chris Paul, Carmelo Anthony, and Amar'e Stoudemire?

I don't know whether or not it was a murder, though so far in the investigation, they believe foul play is to blame.

lulzSELENAISGOD

and no, I actually can't see Melo or CP3 in any uniform other than that of their current teams O_o

Would seem a bit awkward with them in Knick's Jerseys =/

and btw, yes, I did change my display name for a month. Because I can now xD

I think the Lakers are still in talks with Shannon Brown. Similar to how to how the Pistons were recently in talks with the same type of player, Will Bynum. Reserve guards have been a big talk in Free Agency this summer, aside from the whole "LEBRON" thing.

Josh Powell went to the Hawks. He never really played a roll with the Lakers anyway, so I as well, could care less xD

Heck, DJ Mbenga>Powell, IMO anyway ;o

Miami is looking better every week. Its really starting to scare me over here in the Eastern Conference D:

and ya, same goes for Morrison. Was basically just there to take 2 championships, without having to really put any effort in at all. He is one of the biggest busts over the past few years in the Draft. He was supposed to be pretty good.

True, the Lakers are still the team to beat in the West, but Mia is making me doubt a 3-peat. We can only hope.

and I am still disappointed at that performance by Shannon Brown, and most of the participants overall in the last Slam Dunk contest.

Random fact - Shannon Brown attended Michigan State

Had to point that out, because I don't think I have before xD

Boston and Orlando are still up there in the top of the East but just barely. Seeing as how Bynum remains healthy, the Lakers should have a good chance at 3-peating.

The Dunk Contest was especially disappointing this past time around. But next season, it's in Los Angeles!!! Home state FTW!!

The only problem Boston has is that it will be without Perkins for most of the season. Can he come back and be a viable player? =/

and Orlando is good, but I still think they need to make an upgrade higher than Vince Carter to compete with the talent in Miami.

They're already getting too old. This year is probably their last shot at a Championship. Same with Phil Jackson :/. Kobe, I hate to say, is getting old too, he only has a couple more years then the younger crowd is going to start taking over. Same goes with Fisher.
