Guest JoshIcy
Why not have a "Disapprove List"? lol...Seems to be forcing the ideals if you don't have one.
Southparkerstan
I support for two reasons:1. The ban index takes a little while to be updated, so this would mean less waiting.2. If you see a member who has been banned and want to know why, you can just check their sig instead of having to go to the ban index and look through the huge list of names. Guest Fake Apology
Yeah that would be efficient. Instead of waiting for Darth Browarod to update the ban index, or PMing him when in a hurry to see why a user has been banned, we could look at their signatures. Full Support. ∮.Ғσяgσттeи.SσℓÐιєя.∮
Meh.I'm sure some members wouldn't want their sigs messed up every time they got banned. And I don't think people would like their ban displayed to everyone, even the people that don't care.No support; i don't like the idea. Also, lrn2waitforthebanindex

moneypony
I would support if they only added the ban reason and placed the original signature items in a spoiler to prevent long sigs. Because the member you have given as a example was not banned permanently and would not enjoy it if they have to remember and place everything in the sig again
Guest KAJN
I don't support. Would be so much work to do it for every member banned. & you saw how many members are being banned in each week in the GD section. So sorry.

Would be so much work to do it for every member banned. & you saw how many members are being banned in each week in the GD section. So sorry. Agreed. Too many members are banned and it will get hectic for mods. There is always a reason some1 is banned. Ever1 else doesn't need to know. If they wanna ask fine, let them ask. But rather Auto-Banned.Which means we don't actually get a reason or notification. So actually paying attention and doing all that would increase stress by a lot. Bloodrun
I do not support.A ban is between the moderators, and the banned person. They are not for the entire forum to know. Even though we do have a ban index. That is because people cannot, and will not learn to shut the hell up.
Enma Ai
okay, i understand all of the reasons against this, but if its between mods and the person banned then why do we have a banned index?
Kale
this is probably the best suggestion i have read in a while. it is simple, easy, requires only minimal effort from mods, and it will cut down on some spam. i totally support this. ;) EDIT: good point, if it is meant to be private, then why the index in the first place? i say that this is a forum, where there is no privacy if you join it. if you are banned, then it is the right of the remaining people to know why. And this wont take much effort anyway.. just do it as you go. ;)
