Making Smilies Not Pictures for the Siganture Picture Count

I Reckon that the smilies shouldn't be counted as pictures for the Siganture Picture Count... or at least put up the Signature Picture Count to at least 4

I don't believe there's anyway to change that, I think in order to disable smilies being counted you have to disable pictures altogether.
