Need Help on how to make Booster Packs like the real TCG/OCG ones...!

Hi, how do I make a booster pack like those in the real world.

 

I don't really know how to do one. I have GIMP and MS Paint.

 

 

(I want to learn how to make a Japanese pack using the temps. The American one is fine, but I need help on both)
